Nothing, it was fabulous

The location was great, right on the seafront and with parking available on site too. Our motel style room was really comfortable, cosy with everything we needed and a private entrance too. Full English breakfast was just perfect. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great staff who couldn't do enough for us and yet still very much down to earth and adaptable to each guest. Above expectations on food, just stunning, if you stay there have dinner it's restaurant quality. Loved the room, personally I would have liked a softer mattress for a better night's sleep but that's just me. Such a hard working team and I would definitely stay again

The weather that's about it.

Breakfast was excellent, room was just what we needed. The one evening meal we had was very nice. The staff could not be nicer if they tried and was excellent value for money. Ample parking and a short walk to the pier and amusements.

Everything was perfect

Our second time staying here and it was every bit as amazing as the first. Such a warm friendly welcome on arrival and everyone we encountered were absolutely fantastic. Malcom is such a great host and really goes the extra mile, Jane is lovely and the lady who come to clean our room was a delight too as was the lady who checked us in. The breakfast is simply out of this world everything is fresh and piping hot and delicious. The rooms are spotless and very comfy. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone the only word I can use to describe this place is perfect. My 11 year old son Connor was really happy with everything too but I think his favourite bit was the visit from the pooches 😀 Thank you all so much for a fantastic stay and hopefully we will be seeing you all again soon.

My only slight niggle is the placement of the tv as it is very close to the bathroom door and so catches on the door / clothes.

The breakfast is delicious, there is plenty of choice and nice little touches like fresh fruit and fresh scones/muffins brought around as well as the main breakfast. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming (Amanda deserves a special shout out)

We chose one of the ground floor rooms with a patio and independent access from the rear car park. The sun falls on the patio area of these 6 rooms from 10:30am to around 5:00pm in early May so we were able to make use of the patio table and 2 chairs with removable seat cushions. Another nice feature of these rooms for us is the fridge, as we like fresh milk for our hot drinks. Everyone working there was very friendly and eager to help in any way. Breakfast time slots were available so that guests get a more personalised service. There was a huge range of choices all served at the table, and typical Norfolk sized large portions.
