Absolutely everything! From the stunning views, home made scones, immaculate accommodation with attention to detail, amazing hosts - I could go on but I suggest you go visit for yourself when next in Scotland.

The apartment was clean and very nicely equiped. The view from the apartment is unbelievably gorgeous that you just wish you could stay forever! The breakfast was provided in the apartment waiting for us on our arrival and was great. The owners are also very kind and nice, we had a great chat with them upon our departure when they also suggested us some nice things to see. Overall we don't have a single bad thing to say, it was great experience, which we will definetly enjoy again when we come back to Scotland! 1000% we recommend this accomodation if you enjoy amazing view with peaceful and quiet surroundings. You might also meet cows and sheeps on the road when driving to the accomodation as we did! 😁

Well WOW is the first thing that came out of my mouth what a view outstanding looking over at Skye so close you feel you could touch it.Rebecca and iain introduced themselves and made sure we got settled in and then left us to our own devices.Place was immaculate sheets and towels pure white and shower products all provided.Fridge was stocked with breakfast for the next morning,rolls ,scones tunnocks wafer yum ,also Nespresso machine and kettle.Fresh milk, orange juice and bottled water what more do you need.We had booked the Glenelg inn for dinner on Rebecca's advise as it is the only eating establishment in 9miles so good choice meal was delicious and a real homely atmosphere about the place.We did a bit of running around in the car Eileen Doon and Kyle of Lochaish town but tbh I could have sat looking out at that view for the two days and not moved.One of the nicest places we have visited ran by two of the nicest people ,hope to visit again someday.If you are looking for relaxation then look no further than here. .

Superb setting overlooking the sea and Skye beyond. Comfortable bed and good linen. Very good shower. Excellently maintained property. Superb continental breakfast. Pub next door had great food and atmosphere. Good running routes and walks nearby.

We loved everything. However, be mindful that you will have to drive a several mile single track logging road (with lots of pulloffs) to get to it and/or if you take the ferry across the bay instead, you will also have to drive a several mile single track road on that side. Highly recommend the ferry if you have a car as it is the oldest manual turnstile ferry in the world and the operators are very friendly and helpful. No big deal once you got used to the roads, but wanted to make sure you are aware of them.

What a hidden gem!!! Loved this B & B! The room was extremely clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast each day was plentiful and delicious and we were able to eat it outside enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. And the biggest asset here was the owners, Rebecca and Iain. They were both so friendly, helpful and willing to help with anything we needed. They were also fun to talk to as they are just downright nice people! Another hidden gem is the Glenelg Inn right next store. It looks like a little pub, but it is actually an excellent gourmet restaurant with a different menu each night. The staff was also excellent and friendly. We enjoyed it so much we ate there 2 out of 3 nights. However, you will definitely need to make a reservation if you want to get in as it has limited seating.

Everything was amazing!

The location was stunning and the room was finished to a very high standard, clean and with an amazing view out over the water. The welcome greeting was a lovely personal touch and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Lots of little touches that made the stay unforgettable.

We didn’t appreciate that the B&B was so far from the town of Kyle of Lochalsh. However, when we got there, we were delighted with the accommodation.

The room was lovely and the view was tremendous. It was very well equipped and close to an inn for an evening meal.

Nothing, it was perfection.

The location was absolutely stunning. Everything about this place was charming. From the incredible hosts down to every last detail they put into their BnB. We were meant to run out at sunrise to one of the nearby castles but we were so enamored by our stay we decided to watch the sunrise here with breakfast instead. Words cannot describe how unbelievable this place truly is. The pictures just do not do it justice. We'll 1000% be back in hopes to stay much longer. 1000/10

Fantastic location and space. Rebecca and Ian are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Waking up with the view was spectacular. The selection of coffee, tea, and breakfast was excellent and the entire property was clean and comfortable. And the food at the local pub, Glenelg Inn, was delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Not so keen on the breakfast as the only option was to have it cold. No toaster or hot plate to boil an egg etc.

We loved the location it was peaceful, private and the view was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the lovely fresh white towels & heated towel rail.

Everything! The room is beautiful, cosy, and very well equipped with an exceptional view on the bay. The location, far from the croud but close from the Isle of Sky thanks to the ferry which is only a few minutes away by car. The great breakfast And what we appreciated a lot, the very friendly host, Rebecca, who took the time to advise us on some great places to visit.

Absolutely nothing.

A really beautiful place to stay with lovely views looking out to Skye. The accommodation is superb, it’s more like a little holiday cottage than a B&B. It’s very modern, clean and comfy, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The continental style breakfast which was left in the room was really lovely. Would definitely stay here again when returning to this part of Scotland. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to spend time! Rebecca and Iain have created a haven for people who appreciate the beauty of Scotland's landscape and moments of contemplation. The room is top of the notch and everything is perfect : from the bathroom, the bed linen to the breakfast which was beautifully presented. Rebecca and Iain are warm and friendly hosts and they make you feel instantly welcome. They gave us good advice on things to see and do. We will most certainly be back.

We had the pleasure of staying at Kirkton Bay and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted by Rebecca with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The space was spotless clean, with every corner meticulously maintained. We loved the decoration, and the hosts' personal touch was evident in every aspect of the accommodation. From the quality amenities such as the plush duvet and pillows to the luxurious bath products and elegant curtains, every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. We were pleased with the breakfast selection which boasted a delightful and adequate array of options; cutlery was also provided and was collected and cleaned each day. Last, but by all means not least, was the truly breathtaking view and serenity we experienced. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a high quality retreat with unparalleled hospitality.
