The bathroom facilities could have been better. Also there was no lift which was very tough for old people.

The property was well maintained. Staff was very nice and polite. Property is located in a central location with good transport facilities.

Our room was located in the Admiral hotel on the 4th floor, in the attic. This was reached by a narrow staircase from the 3rd floor. The dressing table had the decoratibe laminate peeling from the front edge and would snag clothing or scratch skin. The floor of the room sloped. The shower room and WC were tiny and difficult to use.

Located near to the West End with its theatres and nightlife. Public transport connections were good. We slept well as it was quiet. Breakfast was fair.

Everything is a bit tired. The room would be far too tight for four. The window latches were very flimsy and I didn't feel particularly secure. One of the sockets fizzed when I plugged my phone charger in, definitely far from safe. There were lots of stains and threads loose in the carpet and everything was just a bit old fashioned. Could also do with much better pillows. I layered two and they were still too thin. It is good value for money considering the cost of other accommodation in London but could still do with a bit on investment.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Receptionist was nice and friendly and gave me some water on arrival. I ended up in a quadruple room when booked a triple, so slightly more room. Clean enough. Breakfast was fine and lovely staff.

Small room with a tiny bathroom on the fourth floor, 72 steps up from the reception, 87 steps down for breakfast in the basement.

Perfect location just off Paddington Station. Nice staff, good bed, fridge, english breakfast every morning.

Beds. The beds were like lumpy stone floors. And we, like others have mentioned were actually not in the Kingsway hotel, but in the other location two doors over. This hotel is rather tired, all equipment old and worn and in our room some sort of heating in stocks on the outer walls making the room like a furnace and even with constantly open windows the heat was almost unbearable.

Breakfast and the lady preparing it was really nice and she makes nice coffee too.

Sadly the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder as it was broken,so had to hold it with 1 hand to shower. The glass top on the dresser had the odd chips along the edge which is sharp. This should be removed or replaced in my view. In fairness just needs a bit of maintenance here and there.

Good location to Paddington station with various eateries over the road and local to the hotel. Few mins walk to Hyde park to cut through to Buckingham palace.Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was good with usual choices and very welcoming staff on entry and service. Room was clean and spacious for a family room. Parking was available luckily right outside.

Front facing room was far too noisy with traffic and people talking all night. No sleep. Shower was 2 foot x 4 foot very small but shower head was surprisingly good. Need to invest in just a few hooks for coats and hats. Bed itself was comfortable, 2 pillows each were very hard and flat - Minor point, just feedback.

Great location from train station and access to attractions. Breakfast was good - opens at 7.30 am - would prefer earlier though so you can get about your day.

I expected a small room but the family room is tiny. You can barely walk between the beds and the bathroom is almost impossibly small. If you’re tall you have no chance. It worked but after the 5th night we were ready to go.

Location was perfect, so close to Paddington Station which connects you to the Tube and also the airport. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a great each morning. Rooms whilst small, were clean.

We booked a bedroom for 3 people which the hotel provided but the room was very cramped - in the height of summer, this would make it very uncomfortable

Location was great for Paddington arrival & once we got over the language barrier, the dining room staff were very accommodating!

The ventilation brings kitchen smells from the kitchen ( in the basement) to guest rooms upstairs in the morning.

Location is brilliant, room was a good size but could have done with an update. Breakfast was fair but the dining room was on the small side, felt uncomfortable when full.
