Clean and tidy. Our room was Executive so a little more spacious and with a sea view. On the whole a very pleasant stay. Breakfast cooked to order is a BIG thumbs up from us!

There isn't really a requirement to write a lot, this place was absolutely fantastic and I very rarely give 5 stars but this is deserved. We stayed overnight for one night, the room was spacious and extremely clean and very good value for money, the price included breakfast which was substantial and as we were going for a walk the menu was outside and having investigated further decided to stay and eat in the hotel, again fantastic quality food at a reasonable price. They were even happy to help us with car parking before we were allowed to check in and after we had checked out. We will be returning either next year or the year after.

United KingdomIf Mum was staying again I would ask for a room with disabled access just for ease as she is older, really that's my error when booking. The shower door could not open very far. And if I was being picky, I didn't like that when I dropped my mother off for the evening the doors front and back were open to all even after 10:30....the desk was unmanned as staff member was trying to cover both that and the bar, therefore anyone could have entered unseen......
My mother stayed with you, the hotel is lovely, I did consider asking for a change of room only because my Mum is in her 70's and she had the top floor furthest away room and the shower was awkward to get in and out .... Besides that the room was beautiful, clean light and very comfortable. Everyone was polite and welcoming, thank you.

United KingdomPrice of breakfast at £18.50 per person is ridiculous. That price made 18 of us go out for breakfast and paid roughly half that price. In my view that’s a lot of money that’s walked away from the hotel just because of extortionate pricing.

Very comfortable bedrooms with high spec facilities. Comfortable bed. Great lounge with prompt and friendly service. Staff were helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good experience. Great views from the lounge of the estuary. Plenty of free parking.

United KingdomThe room we had was located quite along way from the reception and stairs. It took quite a while to find, the hotel is like a maze.
Located right on the sea front, between the pier and the boating pond and railway. Ideal for walks into Cleethorpes and strolling along the front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. I would go again.
