Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe entrance and stairs smelled unpleasantly of cat wee or something. We had to move furniture around to watch TV and that then wasn’t particularly comfortable. The TV would be better in a corner. When we moved the sofa there was a lot of dirt and debris under it which we cleaned up. We also ended up with a car parking ticket because lots of South Devon has no internet connection so we didn’t receive the Ringo reminder and couldn’t renew the parking. So we ended up paying £53 for 4 days parking. This puts us off getting any property without free parking in the future.
Great aspect and views. Warm and modern. Right in town.

United KingdomI know the building is graded and therefore hard to maintain the outside but felt the front door on the inside was quite dirty. The steps up to the building had weeds around and as an entrance was disappointing, once inside ,passed the motorbike chained to the end of the entrance stairs fine.
The flat was well equipped and very clean. Good range of equipment, all you need.

United KingdomThe lack of parking can be an issue. The small carpark (payable but cheap) next to the property only has around 10 spaces and fills up quickly. There is free parking on the street between 4pm and 10am but again not many spaces. Neighbouring streets also have free parking between 6pm and 8.30am. The apartment shares a building with a number of other properties and there was a strong smell of cannabis at times.
Very modern, bright accommodation with great facilities and a great location.

United KingdomNothing to dislike. I thought parking might be an issue but actually we always found a space next to the accommodation and if we hadn’t have, then there is plenty of parking just a few minutes away so it’s really not an issue.
The property was very clean, modern and very comfortable. A large appartement with lots of light and in a great location, just a minute to the high street. it was well equipped with everything you need. A very comfortable stay and I’d recommend it.
