We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was really warm, the air conditioning unit appeared to be pre-set which we found impossible to alter despite trying everything, we even found the instructions online and still couldn't get it to blow cold air. It did however spark into life of its own accord at 2am, 3am and 5am on full power for 1 minute. We had to open the window and listen to a wedding reception. The only thing the air-conditioning unit did do was floodlight the room. The room smelled strongly of gloss paint too, which, combined with the room temperature gave us both a headache. I accept that keeping the hotel looking great comes with the need to paint it. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't come on either. (213). It's such a shame to put anything negative on here because it is a really nice hotel with lovely staff.
The hotel is gorgeous and restaurant really nice. The room was clean and well presented.

United KingdomThe only thing that let the hotel down slightly was the food. Unfortunately, it looked a lot better than it tasted, especially for the price.
The room was lovely, the bath was amazing, and nice quality toiletries. The Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location wasn't the best as a non-driver but there was an ok taxi service at hand.
