Not good value for money in my opinion.

Nice location for visit Skye. There’s a charger at 100 meters if you go on an electric car… I choose it for it.

The hotel is described as "bespoke" but it is actually out dated and could do with a total revamp, it's tired looking. The bathroom has plain glass in the window and the curtain hangs at an awkward angle, you have to make sure no one can see in from opposite windows when you shower. There is no fan to clear the steam from the shower and the door keeps opening even though it's supposed to be locked. A glass or a bottle of water would of been a simple thing to be placed in rooms to take any medication.

The breakfast was lovely though staff had to be asked on numerous occasions to top up the food, which they seem to do once attention was drawn to it. The reception staff were very nice and helpful

Blinds doesn't work properly. Dinner staff were not very friendly and organised. We rather went for dinner at the King Haagon Bar for some authentic scottish food and friendly people. The hotel also seem to be run down.

The bed was comfortable and the location was central.

Had said I would be given a garden room as I had my dog with me. They don't have a garden and the room was some distance from the entrance.

Location is beautiful. Hotel ok for a one night stay but very basic. Staff seemed friendly.

Not some much a "dislike", more of a heads up to others. The Kings Bar, which seems to be part of the hotel operates on a 'cash only' basis, although you can pay for your drink by card at the hotel reception. This may change as I understand the bar has only recently reopened. No big problem, just a little inconvenient.

Great value for money for Skye (well, it was in April). Good location for touring around Skye and Kyle of Lochalsh. Staff were polite and friendly and more than happy to help.

The shower screen was placed too near to the safety handle so wouldn't shut properly, therefore water went on to the floor.

Rooms were a bit outdated especially TV, otherwise no real issues.

Toilet bowl was not cleaned (had to be flushed when we got there). More importantly, the walls are absolutely paper thin, and the people in our neighbouring room were yelling at each other for most of the the evening. Thank God we had ear plugs, otherwise would've been a sleepless night.

The amenities were generally alright and staff were nice! Breakfast was good too and I really liked that the room itself was very warm relative to other hotel rooms we were in around the same area.
