Check in time is quite late and check out time quite early. Especially if you’re travelling, it’s a shame to not be able to get into your room until 4:30pm.

Great facilities. Loved the badminton and pool. Rooms are spacious with plenty of equipment to host large groups. Great location close to some lovely Scottish towns

The villa we stayed in was spacious but smelled a bit damp which you could see was coming from the bathrooms.

Good value for money and near to where we needed to be for our trip. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bistro wasn't great, food was OK. Could have done with a bar / lounge area.

No supervision of pool meant that lots of kids jumping in and very noisy spoiling others enjoyment. I like children but just felt a little supervision of good pool Conduct would help. Also would prefer mixed sauna.

The facilities were great for couples and families. The reception team were lovely and made our first anniversary extra special with a card, fresh fruit and a bottle of bubbly on arrival. The breakfast was delicious!

Offered check inn time from booking.com, chose to 11am. Arrived 10.20 to b told check in 4.30, had 10,5 & 2 year old, rained heavily all day, wasn’t even offered use of room to dry off children or change nappy. Got keys at 4.15, disgraceful as they admitted they knew this was a problem but had done nothing about it. 5 year old jumped into swimming pool & badly cut chin on sharp chipped part of water outlet into pool, so bad staff thought it needed stiches. When we pointed out the danger point nothing said to us although staff were great with grandson when it happened. 5 days since accident & no further contact from them about this matter. Accident form completed

Tbe bath (jacuzzi) had an out of order sign on it. The shower fuse box tripped every time we used it.

No place to relax with a drink prior to having a meal. There is no bar area so if you want a drink and you want to sit down you are basically on the restaurant at a dining table. Although there is a bar there are no chairs or stools at the bar. The food was good but fairly expensive.

When having an evening meal we don't like to feel rushed. It's meant to be a pleasurable experience sipping wine and having a gap between courses.

Breakfast offered very good choices. Also good advice from staff! It was suggested to me I add a poached egg onto my Sourdough and avocado toast...she was right!
