Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLip stick marks on the glasses, food on the grill tray, marks on the bed sheets. Uncomfortable bed. Lack of oven trays. Windows open fully, with no way to lock them, including in the single room which my 2 young children were sleeping in. This could be very dangerous. Areal did not fit in TV so no TV channels.
Big space, well presented. Friendly staff. Gated parking with cameras.

United KingdomFirst impression were positive however found very little attention to detail in particular cleanliness it was obvious to both my partner and I cleaning was not priority lots of dust on floor the bed settee on removing cushions was really dirty requiring cleaning by ourselves the oven was really dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for sometime we had to buy among lots of other things oven trays to cook with plus utensils sharp knives as the one in the draw wasn’t fit for purpose what some would call pots and pans were filthy and covered in grease as was all the crockery cups and glasses the bed linen had stains heavily soiled and fresh tomatoe sauce like marks the linen looked as though it hadn’t been laundered very well at all

United KingdomRead our positives first.... Would stay here again despite these little niggles. We could have done with a few extra plates or cups etc, and cutlery. It felt like because there was 3 of us staying, we were provided with exactly 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 knives, 3 cups etc. it just meant we were constantly washing up, which nobody really enjoys doing more than necessary! The double bed in the bedroom was really really really firm. There was no softness to it at all, so our pressure points on hips felt a bit tender after 3 nights sleep. Was anticipating the sofa in the living room to be a fold out or fold down sofabed. After looking at the sofa from all angles for a few minutes, we realised it didn't, and the bed for the 3rd person in our 1bedroom apartment booking was literally sleeping ON the sofa. Spare bedding was provided along with pillows, and there was a flat sheet to put over the sofa cushions, but it wasn't what we were expecting. And as there was bit of a mucky stain on one of the sofa cushions, it felt a bit grubby sleeping on the actual sofa, as opposed to a sofabed mattress. So we put extra towels down on the sofa cushions as an extra bit of a barrier against a body sleeping on the furniture and because the sofa was made of a slightly course scratchy material which is fine to sit on, but not to sleep against. And In moving the sofa out away from the wall, (looking for whether it went up or down or folded down), we found underneath hadn't been thoroughly cleaned of dust and debris from a previous occupant, so pulling out the sofa next time when it is being cleaned would be recommended. Had a problem with the shower on the first morning trying to get warm water, but waited for 20mins with the shower on, moving the temp thermostat about, and Even fiddling with the boiler, but to no joy. So messaged the caretaker and he phoned me back but I said I was out for the day.
The location was v.good for visiting our 2 main attractions 30mins to get to Harry Potter and 20mins to get to Thorpe Park, and also very close to Windsor and Eton (10mins and you are in the beautiful countryside). Good parking at the back surrounded by trees and backing into a beautiful churchyard. It all felt very secure. Good kitchen meant that we could cook and eat in, to save on eating out, most utensils available for basic cooking. Decent sized Tesco express very close by so no problem for grocery essentials, milk, bread etc. There was a small stock of coffee sachets and teabags available and some sugar sachets. Washing up liquid provided along with a tea towel and an oven glove. Plenty of towels, very nice big soft fluffy white towels. Plenty of windows to get some air through the apartment, and the tri-folding glass doors in the main living room were lovely, but with so many trees about it was prone to flies zipping in. Would stay here again as it is a fantastic base for the area. Son describes it as a luxury apartment, and it definitely has that kind of feel to it. 8.0 out of 10 from us.

The location and everything was near by, over experience I would stay again , transport was easy and available, we got around on buses/ train more use of buses as it was cheap and always one available

United KingdomThe apartment wasn't that clean, e.g. there were hairs from other people in the bathroom. We also paid and booked an apartment for 4 people (this is how it was advertised on booking.com) but the apartment was definitely only for 3. There was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (not a sofa bed, as advertised). There was no bedding for a 4th person.
The staff were really helpful and accommodating and let us park for longer on the day we checked out which really helped us out. We also thought the apartment was in a good location to get into London and it was good we could book it last minute.

United KingdomParking was ridiculous - not enough space for everyone which meant someone yelling at 6am for a car to be moved so they could get out. I was also stressed about whether we’d be blocked in and not able to get our flight but Mohammed did a good job of managing the situation. Was advertised as 3 beds but the sofa was NOT a sofa bed. Had no TV signal so had to access via FreeView channels - we couldn’t watch ITV and ended up watching the Euros on our laptop. Has few basic utensils and didn’t have a bottle opener. Wouldn’t use again.
