Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesIt took us a while to get used to the touch key pad to enter the pedestrian gate and building.
Leah and team were very responsive to our queries and requests, which increased our comfort and enjoyment immensely. Location - get into Central London in about an hour on the Elizabeth line (easy access to Heathrow too), many restaurants within walking distance, Eton/Windsor Castle within a few minutes' drive. Apartment is comfortable, feels spacious. Ours had a full view of the lovely church next door. Very accommodating for pets. Free, easy parking!

AustraliaThe area was just ok, we walked around the night we arrived to find somewhere to eat, found something close but I wouldn't want to walk around there by myself. The beds were very hard, but I suppose that's better then a very soft bed! We couldn't find a rubbish bin or anything for recycling.
We were only there over night and breakfast wasn't included, but the price for one night some milk and bread for toast and a few condiments would have been handy. It all looked very new so maybe that will come later.

United KingdomThe main issue was a huge party which took place in the flat directly above us until 2am. The whole building is owned by the same company and the manager came out to try to stop the party as soon as we contacted them. We had a terrible night's sleep and while this isn't directly the fault of the accommodation, their policies seemingly indirectly allowed it to happen. Furthermore, when we reached out to them to discuss it further after we left they have ignored our messages. To not even have the courtesy to reply makes me think that they only care about taking your money. Other smaller issues with the accommodation are the beds are very hard and the bedding is not quite big enough for them - the flat sheet on top of the mattress kept coming away and the duvet was a bit too small. The water from the shower also leaked through the hinge on the shower screen, even when we directed the shower head towards the wall, and we kept having to use a towel to mop it up. As I said, minor issues, but altogether we wouldn't risk staying there again.
Accommodation was behind a gate and lots of parking available. Very modern decor and finish (although with some minor issues as mentioned). Close to town centre but set back from main road. Clean - we were pleased with the facilities when we arrived.

Kettle was leaking, bit dangerous... Towel handle collapsed once I tried to put the towel, seams builders didn't attached it rightly..
Flat is new, comfortable bed and sofa. Communication with owner was good.
