The bed is rather small for two people and the window blinds could not be closed completely.

No complaints . I am returning back there in 10 days . I knew the room I booked would be the most basic one and there are no elevator , but , I didn’t expect it would be the highest floor, 3 rd. It wasn’t easy to carry heavy bags up , but, yet again , no one’s fault … I managed to get help with bags .

Property is newly renovated , very clean and simple . There are only 10 rooms , and luckily the other guests were really quiet . Check in and out is very simple ! You are given detailed instructions . Washing machine is on the ground floor . WiFi was working real well . It is a great and quiet neighborhood . Paradise for someone who enjoys miles of walking and parks ! Location is less than 5 min walking from the tube , excellent supermarket is right there and Boots ( sort of like Walgreens ) as well . Communication with the management was through Booking and it was very efficient ! They are very pleasant and accommodating .

The heating was off and the weather was cold, and instructions were saying: "You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat on the wall or the remote control". There was nothing on all the walls, and no remote control. As it was very late, I texted to the host, but I got an answer only next day, as a result, I got cold at night and caught a cold. The battery was hidden behind the bed, so it should be pointed in the instructions, as I was thinking it's the heating through air conditioning system as in most of the hotels. Also, you need to be prepared that the sockets are Type G (as everywhere in UK) and no adapter provided - in the hotels they usually give you an adaptor, but here this service is not included. There is the store nearby where you can buy one but the price is a little insane, and it's not making sense to spent money for one or 2 nights. Though USB sockets are the part of the socket system, so if you are lucky to have USB cable, you are in a good place. You need to know that you need to turn on the sockets in order to use them. No shower gel or shampoo was provided which was quite disappointing. I normally always have my shampoo and hair conditioning with me, but shower gel I always expect to have. Th remote control for the TV was awfully dirty, it was disgusting even to touch it.

This is an apart hotel - in the regular building. You receive easy instructions how to find the key, and how to use facilities if you need to (like laundry). Also you need to register online prior to your departure - to give online your passport details, etc. The apartment is relatively clean (but not very much), all the kitchen facilities are working. If you have any questions, the host is answering pretty speedy. Underground and bus stops are nearby, it's convenient from the transportation prospective. There is a big grocery store 5 minutes away, so it's very convenient to buy products and to cook which can save you some money. In general, it's a good choice to spend a couple of nights for a decent price.

Great location convenient for walking to work, the studio cosy and clean especially when you return home after a day's work it is important to have some comfort.

No Shampoo/Shower

Excellent location in central london (zone 1 and 2 border). Literally 2 blocks from underground (<5 mins walk). Host so kind to let us check out later than usual.

Two inspections and work on the door while I was there.

Great location, very clean and quiet except for fellow travelers yelling in hall. High ceilings made a small space seem large. Perfect for one person. Completely remote check in and out.

My only (slightly nitpicky) complaint is that the doors are not very soundproof, so you can hear your neighbors come and go. But there are only 2 more rooms in my corner, so there's not a lot of traffic. Not a big deal for me.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room is freshly renovated and has everything I needed: WiFi, comfy bed, heating, perfect shower. And even some things I didn't know I needed but appreciated, like a stove, fridge, and cutlery. Nice to be able to make your own breakfast without going out. Communication with the host was exceptional. From fulfilling requests to self check in, everything was great. The location is great too, with a short 5 min walk to the nearest tube station, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
