You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had two TV's in the room but no TV control. The kettle did not work and the toilet seat was unstable to say the least.
The staff, from the receptionist to every other member of staff we came in contact with were very helpful, very polite and it was really good to see that many of the staff were local young people who have all been well trained. The room was bright, airy and very comfortable and it was nice to get a visit outside the window in the morning from the Grouse. The breakfast was first class.

United KingdomWe asked for a light clean of the room to be environmentally conscious but the cleaners missed the room altogether. We had dinner at the hotel the first night but the food wasn't the greatest.
Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. We had a door out to the garden. The pool sauna and steam room were great.

United Kingdomthe only issue we had was with the T.V there were not alot of channels working and the ones that did work came n went a bit. not major issues for us as we were out but would of been nice to have at bedtime. told staff at desk on way out and they said they will fix it. so all good.
