No vegetarian sausages. There were normal sausages and bacon etc for meat eaters, but I felt vegetarians were somewhat forgotten. It shouldn't be difficult to provide vegetarian / vegan sausages etc.

    Plenty of parking spaces.

There is a big venue right next door for weddings and parties, with very loud music. We stayed on a Thursday night and were advised that the music would go on till 12am. We didn't get to sleep until about 12.30am.

The rooms were very warm and there’s no air conditioning. Our rooms were difficult to get to and we were dragging our luggage up several steps.

The property is beautiful and it’s close to Leed’s castle. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. They have lots of amenities — a pool, tennis court, and restaurant on site.

Toilet did not flush well - only advice from staff was to pump the handle several times and leave gaps between uses.

Good location for visiting Leeds Castle and walking the North Downs Way. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Food and prices in the restaurant were reasonable.

Noise from the rooms above, we were on the second floor and kids were thumping about. Dinner was not a great experience, lack of interest and care from the head waiter. from table seating to not advising what was not available that night, because of course that's what we ordered to then be told not on. Wobbly table, poor upholstery on the chairs and dirty windows with finger prints and loves hearts drawn on. I ordered from the new special menu and it came out wrong that after the head waiter took the special menu into the kitchen! And still they missed items off the plate. Someone else had to send theirs back as well, with items missing. My chicken burger with blue cheese and curly fries was incomplete and the chicken and fries were inconsistent temperatures. And on a sheet of paper and a cold plate and £16 for the burger plus 10% service charges for the privilege. Shame as breakfast was great and the morning staff was lovely. Not many local dinner options but suggest you look to order dinner elsewhere.

Good value accommodation and upgrades, breakfast was great. Ideal for Leeds castle.

The room was so hot and we couldn't open the window fully, I understand there was a flat roof outside, so I can understand why, but it made for a very uncomfortable night as the fan was noisy and because I didn't sleep great, it affected my joints, which really wasn't good, as the next day we had booked to go to Leeds Castle and it proved difficult for me, with walking.. I also thought there would be more milk and sugar, in the rooms, for making tea, coffee.. I was very disappointed that the sink was blocking, as well, if we were staying longer, I would have mentioned it, but it was just for one night

The Breakfast, Staff and Facilities were great.

Leisure facilities are tired. Changing rooms by the poor were very poor and the whole area is in need of significant refurbishment unfortunately. This is not a premium experience at all.

Breakfast selection was fabulous, with gluten free options available. The room was pretty basic, but had everything you need, and was clean. Huge car park that's free. Could not hear any traffic noise at all. Windmill pub (owned by Balfour Group) is a 5 min walk away.
