Just Wow. Amazing wee gem of a find. Dessie and Christina can't welcome you enough and they have thought of everything for a wonderful break. We stayed on the 13th floor and bedroom was beautifully decorated and all the extra touches like mini fridge with water and beer and Christina even sent up an ice bucket with prosecco strawberries and treats. Tea and coffee and snacks were in the room. Roof top was huge with seating area and hottub. Views were unbelievable from the room and roof top. So handy for walking into Belfast which is only around 10 mins. Breakfast was so fresh with lots of fruits cereals pastries and continental choices. Honestly the best experience and we thank you both so much for your energy and hospitality. You should be very proud of what you offer. Definitely will return. Simon and Margaret

A very teeny thing but the blinds let all the light in first thing in morning

From the moment we booked the owners were so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities and a perfect location and views. The breakfast was out of this world! Loved every moment of our stay we even had Prosecco, beers, crisps and chocolate in our room. We will be returning and recommending to family and friends. Nothing everything was top quality.

Amazing location. Hosts were amazing from day one with helping out with anything we needed, and breakfast was 10/10 thank you Cristina :) Comfortable beds and really nice views from the window.! Not including it is really close to the centre, around 20-15 minutes walk along the bay which is heavy monitored by CCTV makes it safe to walk even after sunset. Would definitely recommend it. Hot tub at the roof top is just super perfect temperature as well during these windy days - nice to stay in during day & late evening while star gazing.

Lovely 13th floor unique property with rooftop terrace and excellent view. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Very comfortable room with all amenities. Parking included. Hosts were very informative and personable!

Fantastic property. Secure parking and perfect location. I booked this as a birthday treat for my husband as we were attending Country 2 Country in the SSE and it’s a wee gem. Within walking distance to the Arena and the city. The views were amazing (despite the weather) but the hosts are outstanding. Christina welcomed us and showed us round their exquisite apartment and then we met Dessy who prepared the breakfast and greeted us the next morning. They are such a lovely couple and are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing.

Stayed a long weekend. Had a quieter night on the first night the facilities were top notch. The hosts went out their way to give advice and recommendations about the local area. Nothing was too much of an ask for them. The breakfast was exceptional - good quality food and loads to choose from. Clean, quirky and very comfortable. Very accessible for local shopping, nightlife, markets and tourist attractions. Taxis came quickly. Would highly recommend. Thank tou for a wonderful first experience of Belfast!

Can't think of anything - this was an excellent B&B.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at James Clow! Our hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable, including providing a lovely breakfast with conversation, advice about touring Belfast, and a last-minute ride to the train station when we thought we were going to miss our train. The room was lovely and comfortable with an amazing view. These hosts go the extra mile and seem to truly enjoy providing a delightful stay for their guests.

From the minute we arrived we couldn’t have been greeted better by the lovely Dessy and Christina. They are two of the nicest people you’ll meet and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. The view from the terrace was just spectacular and the breakfast in the morning prepared by the lovely Christina was amazing. I will definitely be back and 100% recommend others to stay here. It is impossible to dislike anything

Everything. I think this is up there with some of the best places we've ever stayed in. Stunning BnB, beautiful rooms, impressive roof terrace and amazing views. But by far the hospitality and welcome and the little touches really made this stay. Water, wine, beer, treats all available, some of which were extras for my hubby's 50th. Fab breakfast this morning and Dessy is an absolute gent who couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. They provided lots of gluten free options with breakfast for my coeliac husband and gave us a parting gift of some photos that Cristina created. Really special place that we will definitely return for our birthday treat next year.

Walking distance to the center of Belfast and all the sights, bars & restaurants. Room with rooftop deck was perfect and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were amazing and laid on a very impressive breakfast spread. Can’t recommend highly enough.
