United KingdomAlthough the property is listed as a large apartment it is not ! It couldn't sleep 2 adults 2 small children It was a very uncomfortable for just a 1night stay there was dead bugs on the floor aswell as bugs that were alive and crawling ! The floor also had small pieces of debris too! The sofa bed was too hard to sleep on, when the sofa bed was pulled out it had crumbs and other debris within the crevices making it unbearable to sleep on no botton bed sheet was provide yellow stains found in the double bed aswell a towel had to be used to cover over the bed 1 guest couldn't bear sleeping and had to rest on the dinning room chair for the night. When asked for assistance with the wifi the host eas extremely rude hanging up the phone and asked my family to leave as we were complaining to much at gone 10pm at night the host asked us to leave with both young children. No TV ariel was connected to watch even the basic TV programme let alone youtube or any catch up programmes as there was no wifi set up even when resetting the wifi box it still unable to connect with any device phones, TV Tablets. Proof of the state of the apartment can be provided upon request but we would like a full refund please

No TV ariel was connected to watch even the basic TV programme let alone youtube or any catch up programmes as there was no wifi set up even when resetting the wifi box it still was unable to connect with any device phones, TV Tablets. The property was in an excellent location, it was very clean, with fresh white walls and had very high ceilings. It was well laid out & very spacious & luxurious, it really was amazing, the vendor was amazing kept in contact throughout & made sure we had arrived safely & there were no problems. it was beautiful well worth the money & will definitely be coming back perfect for our family trips away
