The front door of the property slams closed so when you are on the ground floor this can be annoying at night when trying to sleep

Small dining room/kitchen. Small uncomfortable sofa. No toaster or grill facilities. Complicated lighting, not all switches worked, and no bedside lighting.

Location great, easy access to Tube and hence local sites. Clean. Comfortable bed.

The place was very small and it was difficult to get around, you had to move furniture to get to cupboards Trash can in a basically inaccessible spot

We were in apartment 15, 3rd floor! 3 suitcases plus bags! Not suitable for injured and over 65 year olds. But, I should have known better. I stayed in the basement a year ago.

No reception ( made booking/ arrival feel a little uncertain), getting apartment key was cumbersome, Room/ sleeping area / felt a little cramped, Too many steps. A little noisy at times. Need small shelf in bathroom, adjacent to sink, for cosmetics. Bedside light switch was intermittent.

Location, cleanliness, kitchen, wifi, linen , all were good. Cleaning staff very helpful. Property well maintained.

No sound proofing. Old building conversion so this is to be expected. Not a place for you if you are a late riser. You can hear all comings and going’s and sounds from fellow residents on all sides. Cleaning staff start very early and are loud. I think they forget that there are still people in the rooms when they start shift. We were woken one morning by a member of staff clanking about and talking very loudly on his phone whilst cleaning a room next to us. We had to request him to please be a little less loud. This was at 8am approx on a Saturday morning.

Proximity to transport and the location. The security of entry and exit of the building. The comfortable bed and quickness of response and resolution by staff of one small issue.

It would have benefitted from an easy chair to sit in. Also the single glazing tended to get wet in a morning with condensation. Not a great problem just needed to be wiped down and open the window for a bit!

The only issue I had was with the heating - the thermostat was set to 30 when I arrived and it took a long time to cool down. The extractor fan was also continuously on and next to the bed which was distracting (partially solved by opening the window).

Really well-located by Kensington Gardens and the Queensway/Bayswater tube lines! The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you need (stove, fridge, sink, microwave, tea/coffee). I would recommend for a London holiday.

Our room was in the entrance side near to the road, So it was little noisy.

My apartment was next to the front door so whenever someone opened that door to the hallway it sounded like my door. Could do with a chopping board

For the price you got a kitchen with a big fridge, good induction hobs, enough Cutlery and crockery for 2 people, the bathroom had a big shower an overall was spacious. The apartment was round corner to shops like sainburys and tesco also alot of takeaways, restaurants and cafes. It's also next to Hyde Park an a quick walk through an your near Buckingham palace.
