At first I was a bit creeped out as it was this mans house who we hadn't even met. There was food and drink in the kitchen but wasn't sure if we should take as didn't know who's it was. It was a shared house with 4 rooms. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The beds were actually really comfortable to my surprise. Very clean too. Location was in the middle of Hilton. 30 minute walk from town and right next to a bus stop. We had our own keys to the house and the room.

This is a small house that was converted to daily rentals. The room was small, sad, the bed was lumpy, the blanket was lumpy, the “flat tv” was a small broken computer screen. The walls We’re thin as paper, you can hear your next door neighbours, the floor was creaking and the kitchen was too sad to cook. There are no staff on site.

The shower pressure was ok. nothing else comes to mind.

The first morning we could hear the other occupants leaving. The second morning the remaining occupants were complaining about the noise we were making when getting all packed up to leave. Essentially, people need to realise this is a residence that's been "converted" to be used as a holiday let. There will be noise as people come and go, you will be sharing with others over the one bathroom and just be patient.

Paid & did not get access, tried calling the property and went straight to voicemail. Called Booking.com and was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes, nobody called me back. Had to sleep in vehicle!! Would definitely not book here.

Bed was very squeaky as was the floors and stairs so no being quiet.

Good shower pressure, close to public transport or if you’re driving there is plenty of on street parking. Tea, coffee, toast, cereal and milk was provided for breakfast. Here was also a friendly neighbourhood cat!

Didn't feel like it was anything close to a guest house or hotel room. Ordinary house sharing with other people but house was in poor quality (old furniture, kitchen appliances not working, old squeaky wooden floor). Couldn't sleep at all as house residents were very loud and you could hear everything cos of thin walls. House in the middle of nowhere. Most annoying thing I was charged 62 pounds, for that price I could have had a decent guest house in centre of Inverness.

Only wifi and TV were the ups.

Parking can be difficult on the street and surrounding areas.

Great location, perfect accommodation for my few nights stay. Had everything I needed in a quiet neighbourhood. Good shower, comfortable bed and a fully equipped place. Can’t ask for much more really. Front garden area was also a lovely sun trap.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It's quite far from the centre, but also the owner failed to supply a key so I had to book another property late at night! I knocked on the door and the people said the while property where I had booked a room was already taken, even though I had paid! I complained to Booking.com but have not received a refund because the owner lied to them saying I had stayed there, which was untrue

Safe lock box

Had to sleep outside the house in my car all night because the combination lock numbers where to small couldn't see them without glasses and even then it was a nightmare. Never again will I have this place

OFirst,Handle of my room was literaly faling off and lock was not working. Called host no reply. 20 min after somehow wiggle it through and got in. Host called me back an hour after saying it "should be ok for now" even tho i asked to fix it as i might leave locked out. Walls of the property are wafle thin and my metal bed was creaking so loud people in next building could hear it. Room extremely small, there was a sort of ofice table that drawers wouldnt open coz it is 2 inches from bed. It is shared acomondation and you can hear who is breathing next door. Ceilings in the bathroom peeling of and mouldy. Breakfast thats included in the price is total joke. There were kids cereals and no milk. Some bread and margarine in the fridge that was used by gods knows who before. No milk. So eat dry cereals or dry bread. Coffe tea and nothing else. Windows dirty and garden view is someones bed sheets drying... I have read previous replies by host in regards to complains about same issues and sorry to say but no i dont get what i pay for because i have stayed in shares properties before for cheaper prices and it was way better that this one.

Honestly there nothing to like. Property ridden down
