No decent WiFi and without a good phone signal this proved a bit of a problem as we couldn’t contact family or use our devices to contact friends nearby or family further away we needed to contact as well as deal with some work emails.

Pillows a bit thin. Walls a bit thin.

Beautiful location. A little traffic noise but access to the lake and safe paddling made up for that. Staff in reception very pleasant and helpful. Really good playground.

The twin room was freezing for our guest, so unable to sleep the first night. The main double room with ensuite was perfect for us and didn't need any heat.

Perfect location to visit Luss and boat trip on Loch Lomond. The Holiday Park was quiet and felt secluded. Th beds were comfortable and Caravan was very clean - in fact spotless.

The towel rail did not work neither heating. If you get caught in a cold night then it might be an issue as it gets cold over night even after a very hot day- temp drops. Although I reported it twice but unfortunately outcome was not communicated until last day upon departure to say someone was out and said it was working!

Location was amazing. Amazingly clean accommodation. The park felt secure. Very clean. Location was good as well. Staff were nice. Allowed me to check in one hour early which was very nice after a long journey- really appreciated.

although i didn't buy anything in the shop (grandkids did, just to spend some money on a small ball and sand toy) shop was poorly stocked and for a bank holiday. (NO midgie repelant) MIDGIES< MIDGIES <MIDGIES

easy to get to but on a very busy main road so did get a lot of traffic noise. site very clean, stunning views, great play area for kids, caravan was lovely and had everything we needed. the kids were safe. cant really fault it

Only minor issue is the very busy main road makes it a bit difficult to get in and out of the camp, and since the camp shop is not massively well stocked, a drive to the nearest town for supplies is needed.

Fabulous location especially for water activities on Loch Lomond, fantastic views. Park and accommodation spotless and well maintained.

Beds in the twin room could have been a big longer, they were too short for my teenage son.

Caravan had plenty of space, fixtures and fittings appeared new and sparkling. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to be able to walk down to the loch shore. I really liked being able to cook on a gas hob (lots of self-catering accommodation has induction hobs which I don't like).

The beds were just ok comfort wise. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Outside bench seating on decking was also very uncomfortable so couldn’t sit there for long. TV facilities were also a bit dire. Remote controls very difficult to work. I think they may have needed new batteries. Barking dogs were also a bit annoying. One lady in particular in a nearby caravan just left her dogs on the porch nearly all the time and one of them barked a lot and she just left it there barking and didn’t bring the poor thing indoors. It obviously wanted to go inside. Also, I wished there was some kind of seating or benches on the shore so we could sit for a while and look at the Loch. As we didn’t have a caravan with a view of the Loch and there was nowhere to sit and view the Loch from, I didn’t think there was much point in booking a caravan site right on the Loch itself. In my mind, when I booked, I had visions of being able to sit by the water and read a book but, unfortunately, wasn’t able to do that in this location.

The site itself was really beautiful. Well maintained with lots of trees and bushes. The caravan was lovely and modern and clean with just about everything you could need for preparing food. Really big fridge freezer. Tea and coffee sachets were a lovely extra. Tons of cupboards and storage space everywhere. 2 bathrooms. If you’re not so fussed about uncomfortable seating and barking dogs then it’s a fabulous place to stay.

Would have been nice to have a chair. But not enough space .

Spotlessly clean. Very well thought out for a very small space. Socket near the mirror 🪞 perfect. Little shelf next to the bed. Perfect heater, and warms the room incredibly quick.

Excellent family holiday. Everything we could need to occupy 4 kids. Didn’t catch his name but the young, dark haired guy that works in the shop and reception is an absolute credit to your company. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Deserves a mention

The mattress on the pull out bed was really uncomfortable- you could feel every spring. The pod was lovely and such a great design but spending a bit more on the mattress would make all the difference.

Clean, clever and compact! Great kitchen facilities and wonderful setting! Excellent provision of crockery and washing up liquid etc

check in was a bit stressful as we arrived at 5 past 5 and the reception was shut and it wasn’t clear to phone night security to help as it was only 5pm. Got checked in with the night security who was very friendly and helpful. Got into our pods (we had 3) to find that pod number 7 had not been cleaned from previous guests, wet towels covering the bathroom floor, used soap in the sink, dirty bed sheets in a bag on the couch, no toilet roll and unmade bed. Night security was very helpful and came and sorted this for us but this clearly isn’t their job so we felt a pain for asking them even though this should have been sorted for our arrival. Pod number 5 did not have working hot water in the shower at any point of our 2 night stay and also the rain got very heavy on Saturday night and the both the vent in the bathroom and the main living area began to leak.

very friendly staff on hand during the day. The shop had a great selection and the site was very peaceful and nice. The night security were so lovely and helpful and very easy to contact and quickly sorted out any problems we had. The pods were comfortable. I asked at reception for another towel and a friendly member of staff brought it to the pod almost immediately so that was great. The holiday park is easy to find and great for parking. cannot fault the staff at all!
