We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The family room was spacious, hotel and room spotlessly clean, beds comfortable . Plenty of hot fast running water for a relaxing bath too. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the rooms, there was stains on the ceiling, mould alone the seal of the bath. The sink was cracked and in the other room the plug to the bath would not fit properly. Some furniture could do with some revamping, the decor wasn't the best. There was no lift available which meant my son and his wife and two young kids (1x6month 1x22month old) had to be moved room which meant they were not near us during our stay.

United KingdomThe overall impression is a facility that is looking tired and needs renovating. But for a short stay it’s acceptable and the cost is excellent, cheaper than others nearby.
Good size family room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything in good working order. Free car parking. Helpful staff.

I read the reviews just the day before travel. Got to admit the reviews were not good, we still went ahead. Yes, it could do with a bit of TLC and updating, can't complain our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was hot and presented well. Choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, bread and beverages.

United KingdomThe evening meal which we had was extremely disappointing. We were advised to reserve a table, which we did, but when we went in for dinner people were already at the table and we had to move elsewhere. Then to add to this the meals both my wife and I ordered where awful. However, we did complain about this and the manager has subsequently contacted us and provided recompense for this which we are grateful for, and explained he was not on duty that night but would be dealing with the issue to ensure it does not happen again. On this basis, we would return as the hotel side was very good.

The breakfast was good although it was advertised as B&B the breakfast was not included.
