Fantastic location -walking distance of harbour,shops and restaurants. A3star hotel with a fabulous room and balcony. Didn’t sample the pool but really impressed with the facilities. Good size room and bathroom. Very helpful staff. Bonus of on-site free parking. Would highly recommend.

We missed a kettle to boil water to make a cup of tea and an iron and ironing board.

Great location, Room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony to relax at the end of the day. Pool was a very nice area to relax.

Very noisy. We heard a lot of noise coming from the other rooms the first night. The second night, we couldn't sleep with a lot of noise around of the hotel. (14 Juillet party)

Multiple reminders to return the pool towels. Charged for coffee (we didn't order breakfast) prior to departure at 7am.

We arrived early to avoid traffic and were able to park and use the pool from 1pm onward. Checkin is late, comparatively, at 4pm.

The only thing that really lets the hotel down is that the building itself feels quite tired and in need of a refresh but for us this was outweighed by the price in August compared to other hotels and the location.

Wonderful location, moments from the centre of Cassis with only a short hill walk which was fine for us with small children. The pool was a wonderful oasis, enough shade and different depths of water for all. Nice space to relax. Really friendly and helpful staff who spoke several languages when our French failed!

Pool was awesome but closed the first day for cleaning, meaning we could not use it one of the 3 days we were there. The shower was tiny and water went all over the floor every time you used it.

Location was close to town, plenty of free parking. Nice coffee machine that was accessible all day.

Maybe add a net in the window and doors, so bags from outside it won't come inside like mosquitos.

The pool water was chilly and didn't go except for our kids. The room was clean and friendly staff. Overcharged the minibar. We stayed in Paris and it was a free bar. Overall, very nice stay. Except for a noise in the morning cleaning above.

We stayed in their cheapest room, a balcony room, but it was clean and had great beds and enough space for us. Breakfast was good. It was a 5 min walk to the harbour. Best of all - they had free parking for the guests. The pool area is beautiful.

Our room was very nice and the terrace an extra treat! Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily walk from this location to the centre ville de Cassis. Very homey. Unfortunately, we didn't see the pool and found out as we were leaving that there was a pool!

The breakfast was very limited. Even the breakfast at the Ibis Marseille airport was better.

Nothing, we weren’t there long enough to make a judgement. Maybe that check in is so late and check out is early.

We only stayed one night unfortunately and the weather was poor. So we were unable to take advantage of all the facilities. The location was great for us, easy to find.

No kettle or coffee machine in room, however you could access hot water and coffee in the dining room.

Nice size room, very helpful and friendly staff, modern bathroom and nice verandah.
