Pillows a little hard. Unnecessary to provide individually wrapped plastic cups. Surely a hard plastic cup or glass would be less environmentally damaging and wasteful.

I was disappointed to be told the kitchen would not provide fresh milk for the room . . . not permitted apparently. This meant only ‘plastic’ milk in my tea 😩

There was a burning smell in the hall, the lock on the door was a bit flimsy and it was loud in the evening with people coming up and down the stairs in my room. No discount offered for people staying in hotel to eat at the restaurant. Overall though it was a good stay and I would stay again.

Me and my sister got ready in the room for a concert later that day but the lighting was really dark in the bedroom area and was hard to see anything.

Me and my sister both stayed for one night and had a really good nights sleep, the beds were comfy and there was no outside noise! The room was also nice and clean!

I already knew it, but it´s a little distant from city centre and hasn´t got many nearby options for dining out. We went with the car ,but parking is not always easy. The room was a little tight for the 4 of us, and the sofa/bed not so comfy. It is an old place (kind of historycal, which is nice), so the floors are noisy, and in some places, uneven,

Shower was large but a little tepid even at max temperature.

Easy and convenient location - train station only 5 mins walk from the hotel and trains only 10 mins to central Manchester, so very easy for shopping etc. Lots of parking available and very easy to check in/out. Liked the key fob for easy access at night if out late, so no need to disturb staff. Room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good facilities e.g. tea/coffee, iron etc. Overall, would definitely stay again and would recommend to other business travellers.

There is music from the restaurant downstairs but it is acceptable.

The room is clean and it provides two single beds which is very good and the beds are super comfortable. The Staff are friendly and free carpark is available which is very convenient for tourists. Reasonable price and recommended to friends already.
