Pity there wasn't a little fridge. Also air was a bit stuffy and it wasn't possible to open the windows. One of the bedside lights didn't work.

The room was very cosy and looked inviting. Great shower and comfy beds. Well equipped with kettle and plenty of tea and coffee, a hairdryer; TV. Building was full of character and restaurant served nice food and had lovely atmosphere.

    Nothing!

Room was on point, all new and high standards. The size of the room was great, with a huge shower! Staff were lovely, food was great...... Was all ticks around and couldn't fault anything

You push relaxation, why then take out ALL The BATHS A lot of the bathrooms are now enormous where a bathtub would be so much more luxurious .

Always useful for my needs re location.

not having a LIFT. (we stayed above he pub, best English experience.) and had large suitcases.

perfect spot, quaint, walkable area, food in the restaurant was amazing , staff was great , friendly ,helpful room and bed was very comfortable. Visit into town was very easy 10 mnutes. We totally like the small feel of the area. Make sure you make reservations for Sunday dinner . Wishe we had stayed a bit longer the places we wanted to visit are closed on the Monday.

The room was cold. I asked if the heating could be sorted & nothing was done about it. I personally did not like the sausages taste and tuff skin.

Everything except mentioned in what we did not like.

There is a strange smell in the corridor leading to the rooms, but it is an old building and my room itself was super.

Easy check in, very friendly staff, my quiet room request had been accommodated and the room was super. Clean, spacious, fluffy towels and good quality toiletries. Good tea tray and comfy bed. Free parking that was plentiful

Including breakfast in the rate would be great to be competitive with others nearby - the breakfast is lovely and freshly prepared. One of the two rooms was very hot and didn’t have temperature controls which could have helped.

Lovely and quaint, friendly staff, plenty of car parking, spacious, well thought out, safe, modern clean rooms, lovely food. Highly recommended for a quick local visit to family.

Radiators on full and could not be turned down, even though staff said they would switch them off. Slept on top of bed covers. Windows only opened a little way.
