No complaints at all. Our room was well laid out and equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety and cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who made everyone welcome. In a great location on Queen’s Esplanade, near the town centre and close to all local attractions.

The owners were fabulous - thank you for allowing us to check in early it was very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the coast. We appreciated the lovely touches like the Manx chocolates and delightful White Company toiletries in the bathroom but also the personal touch of having the fantastic jigsaw puzzles completed by the owner's son which are framed and hung around the hotel. We had read the reviews of the breakfast and were perhaps a little sceptical of how good the breakfast was really going to be but it really was worth the hype. The kippers were amazing. Thank you, we hope to stay with you again.

Had no problems whilst we stayed here

Yolanda and Jacque keep the hotel to a high standard. They are friendly and informative and go out of the way to help. We had to stay another night due to our ferry being cancelled. Yolanda was able to support us with another night's stay. I'm so glad they could because ì didn't want to stay somewhere, which may not have been as comfortable as we felt here

There are a lot of stairs , but we were pre warned about this.

Lovely sea view, spacious room (number 15). Excellent breakfasts. Comfy bed. Yolandi and her husband were excellent hosts.

Hosts were absolutely fabulous. Took time to remember our name, attention to detail was spot on, we had a large room which was spotless and lots of great touches. Really need one of the ceiling fans for home! We wouldn't hesitate to book again

The noisy bathroom extractor fan could do with changing for a new one.

The position of the hotel on the promenade was great for exploring the island. Very friendly owners & staff that made our stay very enjoyable Breakfast was brilliant with a good range of choices to suit all tastes & pallets. Our compliments to the chef. Our room on the 1st floor had a comfy bed and a good supply of drinking water, tea & coffee etc. Enjoyed the biscuits too The modern bathroom, although a tad on the small size was cleaned daily, lovely fluffy towels and a good range of soaps & shampoos.

We were on third floor ,which we did know beforehand, but it was a real struggle getting up to our room, which by the way was beautiful, bed, bathroom, fixtures and fittings excellent , we will return happily , but on a lower floor
