I had paid extra for a high room, we were given a room on 7th floor. It was noisy from road noise and also the air conditioning which I had switched offwas still making a noise, I couldn’t sleep.

Adrian in restaurant is fantastic, so warm welcoming and friendly, he is the main reason we continually return to this hotel, .

Didn’t opt for the breakfast, £35 (prebooked) or £39 on the day, as I thought it was too expensive, having already paid £117 for the nights stay… We ended up having breakfast for 2 people for £17.50 at the Wetherspoons up the road. I suppose if I had seen the breakfast options in the Hotel; I may of been tempted to eat in house, but I do think the price was a tad expensive.

We waited in the bar for the room to be ready. A member of staff said they would come and inform us when the room was ready. This unfortunately didn't happen.

Staff very friendly, breakfast was good quality. Hotel is in a good location and the room was clean and off a good standard.

Air-conditioning was a bit noisy and wouldn't turn off, even after removing my room card.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Manchester. It is a beautiful hotel decorated to a high standard. The staff were amazing nothing was too much for them, polite, friendly, a credit to the hotel.

Great Location for us, reduced car parking near to the hotel, room and bathroom spotless, staff very friendly and polite, great selection of breakfast and lovely restaurant/bar.

Extra £5 charge to have breakfast in the room. Not sure why this is necessary as surely I'm having less than those helping themselves/eating in the restaurant?! Also have to order/pick your items the day before so no good if you want to change your mind the next morning. Toast was only toasted on one side and coffee wasn't good, very weak. Pricey considering the small amount of food.

Booked because price was much cheaper for a Sunday than a week day. Wouldn't pay more for basic room as it had no bath. Clean and nicely decorated and furnished with a fridge, which was useful to me. Didn't use any other hotel facilities so can't comment any further. I enjoyed staying here. Would stay again.

Apart from the couple of hairs, the rest being absolutely spotless by the way ... nothing !!

Location wise for the arena was absolutely spot on, perfect !!! The room was a very good size, bigger than we expected and apart from a couple of hairs in the shower that has obviously been missed by the cleaner ... I would say the room was excellent !! Great bar downstairs which we went in before and after the concert. I would recommend anyone going to the arena stay at Hotel Indigo, great hotel, good price, absolutely perfect location !!
