Initially we had a problem getting into the apartment. I was told on the day I would receive a text and an email at 2pm detailing how to receive the keys but I didn't. When we finally had the code for the key box it was wrong so we had to ring up again for a new one.We missed an hour of the gig we had come to see bcause of this.There were dishes in the dishwasher and dirty pans in the oven.

The room was a good size for the 2 of us and the kitchen facilities meant we could cook for ourselves.The bed was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, close to entertainment and amenities.

Noisy at night but with closed windows you don't hear it much, but when close the windows it will get hot in the summer. Bed was terrible (we stayed in studio 12) you could feel the springs poking through. Lift was not working. This would be such a lovely place to stay if they just invest in better mattresses. I could overlook everything else if they just fix the beds.

The location is perfect and central to everything. The kitchenette is very handy if you prefer to stay in and cook a meal. It is very noisy over the weekends but if you close the windows you won't wake up from the drunk people yelling at 3 am. There is a fan in the room which was handy. Over all it was okay.

There is a bit of trouble in the shower, it cannot be used for 2 days. However they give us access to other room and let us shower there until ours got fixed and they managed to fix it.

It is located in good location. They provided quite complete amenities. The staff were responsive

Shower was a bit ropey, I think the plastic fitting was ready to snap and I was careful about touching it. Also the shower gel dispenser was missing a top. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned, was very dusty, and the rug looked a bit iffy, but otherwise everything was fine.

There were several marks on the walls and around the window ledges etc. Nothing really bad to make the place look shoddy, but could have been better.

The location was excellent - really central so lots of access to great restaurants and attractions!

Water still in the kettle nobody had checked the limescale build up. The Shower didn’t Hose out water properly. The sink kept making a leaking Tap noise. There was no hardly any sugar, No salt or Pepper at least provided. no Options of tea or coffee No Smart Tv / No Milk in the fridge The Mattress was hard definitely needs a different mattress for peace of mind, had backache for both nights.

I like the Studio set up and the location of how close everything is. How There was a hoover Iron board/iron The fridge smelt of bleach

Noise! On first night one flat had a party that went on until 5am no sleep! However when I complained to Hopewell they handled it well and obviously spoke to the group as subsequent nights were fine. No WiFi for whole stay! This was very disappointing had to use own data - not as advertised. I did contact Hopewell about it but they didn't seem to be able to do anything about it. Cleanliness - generally good on surface but pans in cupboard were not washed properly and had dried food on them. Microwave plate was not clean. Had to clean everything before used it. Facilities - Would be good to provide oil for cooking and only one wine glass!

Location is excellent- very central only few minutes walk to most places. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Carrying a case up 48 stairs because the lift was out of order. I am in my 70s with arthritis! You should have warned me about the lift, given how high was my room!

Couldn’t find the hairdryer. Sent a message to ask about it but no replies - got loads of system message about check in / check out instead. The room is besides the main road so a bit noisy at night.

No free change of bedlinen etc in a 4 week stay. Oven hard to control accurately and lacked a baking tray or oven glove. Lift said to be awaiting maintenance but others said it had been out for years! (Would Disability discrimination law apply?)

Had trouble with getting in and out of shower husband could not get into the shower. Being pensioners it was hard to walk up and down the stair as lift did not work and I did ask but had no answer and we were on the 5th floor
