The breakfast on line advertising till 12noon but finished at 10.30 so I missed it but I should of asked at reception

We were not advised that we could not open the front door after midnight. We were left in the pouring rain and cold as the one member of staff was serving at the bar and couldn't even see us.

As expected for a brand new hotel. Great location.

There were a few things that caused inconvenience. The first being the parking, the hotels carpark was tiny, less than 20 spaces for the entire building. The price of the car parks and surrounding car parks was astronomical. The location of the hotel would imply most people would be travelling by car therefore this feels opportunistic. Also the room we had was very small, it lacked simple things such as a fridge, hairdryer. The general manager of the sister hotel was rude and abrasive towards his staff. Finally on our last stay we went down for breakfast only to be informed that on this day breakfast times had changed and we were 30 minutes late! We had not been informed of this change at any point and so were upset due to the prepayment of this meal

Waiting for hot breakfast options to be replaced, staff need to check levels left more frequently.

Lovely new hotel with sea views, will definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing it was perfect for a couples get away will be staying again that’s for sure

The gym was great had everything you needed. The staff are brilliant so helpful and go above and beyond and the room was so clean and tidy and the food 10/10 it was amazing great taste looked amazing and served with a smile 😂

Location was lovely, directly on the sea front. The Super King bed was supreme! The best nights sleep possible. Shower with a rain forest head was just what I needed after a long journey. Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. My husband loved the gym! Will definitely stay here again.

I have to drink peppermint tea for a health condition but,there was none available so,I had to go and buy some...

The staff were amazing friendly, effective and efficient. The women on reception when we checked in was amazing calm and patient as I messed up the dates The breakfast was amazing freshly cook tasted amazing. The staff deserve a medal for dealing with some on the guest. I know it was a Sunday morning but I swear some guest lost their brain cells and manners and the staff dealt with a smile. Amazing customer service. The gym was amazing and the treatment by Mel. I nearly fell asleep. So left completely relaxed and refreshed

Superb location! Right on the Seafront, a very short walk from the Town Centre and right opposite the Beach! Great facilities at the hotel, very clean and decor is of a high standard and quality. Breakfast area is lovely and airy with a good selection. Very much felt as if you were abroad. Very quiet hotel at night, no noise from outside or within the hotel so very good acoustics. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Cannot fault the hotel.

We arrived there , after midnight… but the staff was really friendly and understanding and helped us with rooms for all my family… the room very spacious and clean. Really happy with the experience… we will definitely go there again.
