You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe security guard with no obvious staff tag approaching us when we arrived back late and did not ask for our room key card but expected us to show it. Not a good thing having a grumpy lone man approaching two women like that. A smile and a polite request for a room key would be good, and an obvious name tag to show us he was staff not just a random bloke approaching us.
Staff at reception were very friendly, we even commented on this to each other when we got into the lift to our room. They were also thoughtful and put us away from a large party of guests so it would be quiet for us. Room was comfortable and clean, no issues

United KingdomThe room was basic and dated / worn. I don't like the bathroom facility, its plastic and resembles an automated toilet, not really what I expect from a £100 a night room to be honest. There are better places in Nottingham to stay for similiar money. The location is spot on and is a redeeming factor! I travelled on the train but I understand the parking is limited to an NCP carparking over the road.
The hotel was fine, but that's it. The location is excellent.

The room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Nottingham city is on your doorstep and the tram is outside too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

United KingdomParking, although the hotel offer a discount for the multi storey across the road, the cost is still extremely high. We parked at 9pm Friday night and left at 11am Sunday, and with the discount it was still £32!!!! Also, one of two lifts wasn't out of order, which was shocking when you had to share a lift with cleaning stuff as only 2 other people at a push could get in the lift with them

United KingdomRoom was clean but quite old,only 2 plugs that were not very conveniently placed. Show extractor didn’t work,room was incredibly hot and despite trying to use the air con couldn’t really cool it without opening the window.
Location was perfect and close to what we needed. The reception and staff were lovely and welcoming. Hotel was very quiet considering nearly all the rooms were booked,you’d never know!
