The comfort was amazing. And the room allocated had a very nice view.

Paid for late checkout and poor communication between staff meant housekeeping were unaware so kept harassing us to leave so they could tidy the room. When speaking to management they told us we should tell housekeeping ourselves rather than coming to the room to sort it. We were offered an apology, still no refund received for the late checkout fee. Should of offered us a free stay as housekeeping did not even apologise.

Good location by the train station. It was my partners birthday and the room was decorated for us plus complimentary Prosecco. Danielle on reception was brilliant and couldn't do enough for us...exceptional customer service from here!

Excellent location for our requirements. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and good quality.

The room was beautiful, clean, modern with facilities like hairdryer and extra pillows when needed, the view was lovely and we really appreciated what the receptionist team did in catering to our needs and allocations, it was cleaned with friendly staff every day and the walk in shower was spacious and perfect, and an added extra of aircon. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and service.

Car park isn't easy to locate first time visiting. £25 for a bottle of unremarkable wine.

The room I stayed in had something noisy in the wall by the bathroom, the constant droning was distracting, ended up having to wear earplugs to dampen the loudness of it.

Good location as it was a very short walk from the station and there are plenty of nearby shops, the quality of the room and bathroom for the price was great, breakfast was the usual buffet style, all done well. Staff were nice and easy check-in.

The fact that I had to do a merry go round before I could locate my room wasn’t good for me. Also, there weren’t enough pillows for neck support. In addition, the fact that I had booked a double bed and not two single beds. But unfortunately, they provided us with 2 single beds which we had to merge together. The booking was for a couple for Gods sake not two single people.

It was an expensive accommodation. £297 for 3 days. Breakfast was very expensive - £13.50 per person. The beds were small single beds - child sized. Not suitable for adults.

I felt the room was quite clinical, practical, but clinical. The lighting didn’t help.

Was close to a venue I had to go to. It was very clean, comfortable bed, good shower and all the staff I met were pleasant and helpful. I was especially impressed with the young lady behind the bar - Ellie? It was her first night serving there, you wouldn’t have known that, she was competent, courteous, helpful, a great asset to the hotel.

No wardrobe or mini fridge. Not a big burden but they would have added a slightly better touch.

The breakfast was not high enough quality to justify the price & the parking bay pillars are inconvenient. Rather than use the app, use the parking meter in close proximity.

The convenience, industrial décor and aesthetics. The staff are fairly polite too.
