Bathroom was a bit tired needs an update

Shower broken, fan fell off bathroom wall when closed door, toilet holder came off in.my hand hubby fixed it. Remote didn't work for telly and room was hot air con did not work. My hubby was up.and down to reception like a yoyo, need to sort these things out and rating would be higher

Room 170 was quite basic. Shelf / desk space very narrow. We did not have Breakfast due to the high price of £18.50 . We were out for other meals being with friends who live nearby and attending a Wedding.

Stayed 4 nights. Good location with a quiet room overlooking the car park with two Squirrels running around.

£2.50 for a small bag of crisps !! Pillow a bit puffy and synthetic. Low light levels .

On arrival 3 hours before check in staff said they had to charge 3 pound per bag to Hold them . The bags were just put in the office behind the desk, so no actual extra cost should be charged. I have NEVER been charged before , considering the cost of the room this should have been covered .

Very quiet room ! Being in the middle of a very busy area we didnt hear a thing all night. Fabulous location for exploring Greenwich and for shows at the O2. One stop on the water taxi or a 45 walk mainly along the river.

There wasn't a power point near the bed, the bed wasn't comfortable for me but my husband slept well. Breakfast not good for gluten free.

Near to start and 6.5 mile point on circuit and great travel connections. Room was basic, but functional. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Extra costs for breakfast were completely crazy - parking was fair for the location but the room was very bland and small and the bed wasnt particularly comfortable. Places down the road with similar location for better VFM. My son and i were in and out so it wasnt a massive issue - but i wouldnt stay here for work or if i was here for an evening by myself

location was superb but i must be honest and say i have stayed in places similar - PI for example - and that has been cheaper and of a better quality - esp the bed.

Only one bin the room and that was in the bathroom. Stain on the wall in the bedroom

Really convenient for the start of the London Marathon. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Good value takeaway breakfast for those running.

Could have had maps of the area available as well as more info on the marathon start area and how to navigate from the south side back to North London on marathon weekend. Didn't have breakfast as at £15.50 pp we felt that was excessive. Greg's nearby had breakfast baps and drinks which came to less than that for 4 of us.

Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet selection was absolutely awful. When we came down at about 9:15, there were 3 slices of white bread, some pastries, and a scattering of cured meat products left. Not great for people who are into healthy eating! We got our money back and went across the road to Bill's, which was excellent.

The location in the middle of Greenwich was great for us -- lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and close to the train station. Parking next to the hotel was a bonus! The room was clean, quiet, and comfy (if not particulary spacious, but hey, it's London). The front desk staff where cheerful and helpful.

I recommend that the hotel extend the buffet range. It would also be better if you made the full English breakfast within the (buffet). Also, think about adding some supplies to the room (e.g., slipper, tooth paste/brush).

It is in a very good location near the University of Greenwich, the park, historic places, and attractions. The staff is also very friendly.

The restaurant staff were racist in my opinion. They served us almost 1 hour and more after we ordered our meal. And we noticed that they served first those that came after us.
