Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good sized room with a decent shower room. The buffet breakfast was self serve and well managed. Short train ride from Birmingham NEC.

United KingdomSmelly bathroom, think this is down to the style of the room with a pod to house shower sink and toilet. Smelt of drains. Parking signage needs to be clearer to hotel guest to highlight the need - not to use ring go app to pay the inflated parking fee but to pay at reception on arrival.
Ideal location for HMV Empire. Stayed in Coventry for 1 night to attend a music event

It was over £25 for two (!) and the cooked bits looked like they had been there since 7am (shrivelled sausages, rubber scrambled egg etc.) They had run out of bread so we had to ask for more (shades of Oliver Twist) and at about 9:45, after finally getting our toast, they took the dish of butter away before we had chance to use it and the staff disappeared! There were no yogurts or fruit other than apples. Compared to a Premier Inn brekkie, it was rubbish, and I wish we'd gone to Wetherspoons - you have been warned.
Great location for the cathedral and transport museum. The rooms are on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Parking reasonable.

Very modern & clean. The room was spacious with everything needed. The shower room, although not huge, was well designed & the shower was excellent. The location was excellent being a 10 minute easy walk into the city centre. There's a large car park ( they charge £6 for 24 hours) but this is preferable to parking in a public car park. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We've stayed in hotels at twice the price which have been considerably poorer.
