We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaStaff charging for an early check in extra money which is not good if room is empty then they should do early check in without any extra charge to make guest comfortable. I never seen in any other hotel around the world for such type of issues.

United KingdomThe fact that breakfast was a extra £12each per day . When 100 yards across the road are 2 werherspoons . Large brekky £6.50 !and unlimited coffee for extra £1.50 . It was a no brainer.
We had a long weekend for my wife's birthday which coincided with bolton playing at Carlisle which bolton won 4-1 great place for a stay plenty of place to eat and drink and ibis is ideal

There's a buffet Chinese restaurant,a Witherspoon's,a bowling alley with other activities,and a cinema, all within 30 metres of the hotel.. The room was basic , but all you need,bed was comfortable, shower spacious,,breakfast plentiful,.
