We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandI stayed at this hotel for just one night, so I didn’t have high expectations. Overall, the hotel is fine, it's centrally located and lobby looks nice. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty, with everything you need to start the day. It was great that breakfast was included, as the price was reasonable. The room was clean, though there was a slightly strange smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the window in the room didn’t open—I’m not sure if it was broken or just locked, but I couldn’t get it to open. The air conditioning & WiFi worked very well, so that was a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone passing through Swindon.

United KingdomWhen I arrived the staff asked for the my name and then told me they weren't expecting me. The reception chap went away and came back saying everything is ok. Just bear with us. After a few minutes he reappeared with an electronic key. This chap along with the you ladies at breakfast were cheerful and helpful.
Breakfast was very good, they even managed to offer Bacon something I would not have expected with the continental breakfast.

United KingdomIt’s rather noisy you can hear people in the corridor and housekeeping. There isnt any sleeping in after 9:30.
They have a good decent shower and relatively nice size bathroom. Rooms a small but decent. Really comfy bed and huge tv. Also, the room has aircon. So great nice a cool. Would stay here again. LOCATION IS PERFECT!
