The twin beds were too close together I was travelling with my adult son so not ideal

We were initially given a room .which was already occupied, which was frustrating and embarrassing. The issue was resolved, but it meant we had a poor start to our stay.

The rooms were very small, however this wasn't a massive problem for one overnight stay and we had everything we needed. The window in our didn't open, this made me feel a little claustrophobic, would have been much nicer if we could have let some air in.

The staff were friendly and informative. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Not too far to walk to terminal 3, around 10 minutes.

Signage! It’s fine if you get there via the skywalk or whatever it’s called but I almost got run over trying to follow google directions to walk there from t3. A bit of pavement would have been nice! Probably the airport’s fault rather than the hotel.

The hotel is new and funky. Staff are young and friendly. It was actually quite fun staying there. The bar area doesn’t have the best vibe but the holiday inn just across the way has a nice restaurant. Bed was comfy, room was quiet.

Right outside airport terminal, Comfy bed, Clean room - just want I wanted to catch early morning flight out.

I don't really have any complaints, we were only staying overnight in order to catch an early morning flight the next day. The rooms are a bit small but fine for what we needed it for. The only downside was that it is a fair distance from Terminal 1, however we were undercover getting there and there were lifts available for getting from one level to another, which does not reflect on the hotel itself.

The walk from Terminal 1 took longer than expected and none of the moving walkways were working. The skylink leaked (it was raining) so it is not a good welcome to the UK. The room was a bit cramped and lacked somewhere to place one's suitcase. It was adequate with a comfortable bed, though.

The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast.

They didn't take cash when I ordered my food...Cash is King!!... Banks and credit cards will rule and they will put any amount of charge and bank fees when there's no cash!!

I wish I could have mirrored my phone's Netflix to the tv, but I couldn't find it. I could have asked reception, but it didn't seem worth the hassle considering I should have gone to sleep earlier.

This is a small room, but as someone who needed a bed next to the airport for a flight early the next morning it was perfect. The continental breakfast had plenty of options and was good. I would definitely stay here again for the same purpose.

Only issue I had that there was no hair dryer in the room and no phones to check with reception. But that’s my only negative about the stay.

The location was brilliant, the hotel was nice and new and clean. I was surprised that they served hot food and enjoyed a delicious pizza in the evening before heading to bed before my very early flight.

Beds aren’t comfortable so didn’t sleep great which is the main reason to stay at the airport the night before a long flight

Location and staff is very good but room was very small and matters was awful 😔 very uncomfortable matters. I stayed one night but couldn't sleep as very uncomfortable matters and I still got back pain and couldn't go to work 😞

The restaurant closes early and the menu is very limited.

Convenient location, nice simple basic restaurant/ bar in the foyer, very small but comfortable rooms perfect for one person (would be cramped for two though).
