Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was lovely. We would have preferred a higher floor as passing cars and buses could see into the room. This is just a minor comment as the room and hotel is good value and excellent area for the airport terminals.
The room was a small size but for the time we spent there it was perfect. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We have booked again for future holidays this year. We had a lovely meal downstairs in the main area. Staff are all friendly.

United KingdomIt's basic! There's nowhere to get a drink or a meal in the evening, and there's no minibar, of course! It's the Dacia of hotels, but that means it is basic, good value! It does what it says on the tin, and nothing more. It's not a destination to go to for pleasure, but is a means to an end, if you have an early flight, and in that regard, it does it very well!
I am sure most people will be staying here for one night, because they are about to fly early the next morning, or have landed late at night, and for that it is perfect. The facilities are basic, and you have to order a meal on a delivery website, if you arrive in the mid-late evening, but that works fine. For a place to put your head down for a few hours before an early start, it's good value, clean, modern, and so conveniently-located, being directly opposite the terminal. You could pay a few quid less, and stay off-site, but the taxi fare to and from the airport, and the time that takes, make this on-site property a very good solution!

United KingdomModern, comfortable. There is very good signposting from Terminal 2. The hotel is directly behind the Holiday Inn. Keep to the left side of the Holiday Inn and the hotel is then in front of you (the modern, black building). Small bar and small selection of food offered...although you also get a discount if you eat at the restaurant in the Holiday Inn. Simple but comfortable rooms including bathroom, toiletries, big towels.

We had a ground floor room that was right next to reception. When we checked in lots of noise and people in the area as there were activities for people to do to keep them entertained. Standing in the door way noise was still quite loud but as soon as the room door was shut. You could not hear a thing.
