We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly one lift was working, leaving people queuing for long periods of time to access the lift to get to the reception and then queuing yet again to access their rooms. This should have been mentioned when we were booking the accommodation. After arriving from long flights, this wasn't quite what we were expecting and was frustrating. Sadly, the location and the set up of the property were nothing to write home about.
The room was clean, and the soundproof was of good quality. The bed was comfortable and I must say that because it is a budget hotel, I expected worse, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The shower doors close perfectly well without a drop seeping out; this is a problem with many non budget hotel room bathrooms/shower rooms, but I'm very happy to say that Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central has it covered.

CanadaI felt like the bathroom wasnt that clean. I noticed a stain on the bath mat that looked a bit like makeup or dirt , which then made me question the towels for the shower. We were personally having issues with the air conditioning situation because when we would set it to cold it would either turn off or turn to heat. And due to the windows being locked shut it got quite stuffy in the room.

Germany- We could not do an early Check In even though we were ready to pay for it - there was no hairdryer & once the housekeeping just came in without knocking.
- The Room was big enough and the bathroom was very clean & comfortable! - We could hand in our luggage & come back later for Check In - the breakfast was nice & enough - the pregnant women at the front desk was very helpful!

The hotel was close to a bus stop with multiple busses that could get you to either the Elizabeth line or the Piccadilly line. The front desk attendants were nice and helped me when I needed them to hold my bags after I checked out.
