Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EstoniaWould have loved to have a parking spot included in the price or brought out separately. At the counter found out that overnight stay for car is at extra cost 14 pounds or so. But not a major issue.
Nice classic motel-hostel-hotel type stay with all the comforts inside the room. Nothing super special, but all your needs are covered nicely. Super friendly staff.

AustraliaIt was further out than expected and can be difficult for the cab drivers to find as there are a few Ibis Hotels along the same road.
The property is close to a bus stop that will take you into the centre of London is approximately 30mins. The property is very basic, no fridge or iron in the room. I didn’t find this a problem, others might. There is a restaurant with basic meals. A cab from the airport will cost you 25 euros. The staff were very helpful with directions and a taxi organised for the day of my departure.

CanadaThe place was full of teenagers and kids. Thete was 2 bus loads of kids on a school trip from France, and there was another large group from Spain. Plus there were 2 younger boys when we arrived who were playing around unsupervised in the elevators. I realize the congestion and chaos can't be blamed entirely on the property, however getting an elevator took forever. Also our room key wasn't programmed correctly, so when we did manage to get up to our floor we couldn't even access the hallway and had to wait again forever for an elevator to fix the problem. Also reception. Is not on the ground floor, so everyone checking in needs to take the elevators at least twice to get to their rooms. There were no hair dryers in the room. Rooms are very small.
Location and price were good. Breakfast was also good. We paid separately for the breakfast and it was less expensive than paying online.

LatviaVery difficult to find hotel transfer bus from Heathrow Terminal 3 arrivals hall. No INFO signs, Hotel bus stop is not marked like a bus stop. There is not transfer bus schedule although busses are operating quite frequently and usually are no full. Transfer bus price (6,80 GBP one way) also seems overpriced. In the opposite direction from hotel to London Victoria station (H98 bus+ tube (metro) line) for one way drive you have to pay just 5,25 GBP for quite a long distance.
Breakfast was quite good, but for me it seems little overpriced. Rooms are quiet and noise does not comes inside the room although Heathrow airport is not far from the hotel. On the street you can hear noise from aircrafts flying above your head. Small shops and little eateries for reasonable prices owned or served by local Asian and Middle East local community,

CanadaI was initially going to give it 10 stars, but I had to knock off 2 when thinking back to the breakfast and the noise at night. Also the fact that the shuttle didn't go to my terminal, but I'm not taking a star off for that. I had to get to terminal 4 but it would only go to terminal 2-3, then I would have had to get another airport bus to terminal 4. I just ended up getting an Uber instead to save hassle. So one star taken off - I really think I got ripped off on the breakfast. I usually eat anything. I love plane food and hospital food. I can usually eat anything at all, even the dullest food and still think it's good. But the breakfast at this hotel tasted like it was left overnight on a counter and then reheated in the microwave or something. It was really disgusting. It was around £12 for the full English (buffet style) breakfast or £~8 for non-hot breakfast like croissants and cereals (which was the only good part about the breakfast but that's way too much for that) And the second star - extremely thin walls. There was someone walking up and down the hall until around 5am, belching. It was really strange. Slamming doors and talking on the phone, inconsideratly, in the halls. Every time I was about the call the front desk, they went away back into their room or something. I got about 4 hours sleep before a 12 hour journey... So it was very frustrating. Also, the planes going overhead are very loud, but that's expected considering it's an airport hotel. That part has nothing to do with the rating though; It's not too bad, but it is quite loud so I figured I would mention it. If you want an airport hotel, no matter where you go, that will happen. But to wrap it up, I would definitely still come back here, despite those flaws. It's one of the cheapest prices for a hotel in Heathrow area and the pros outweigh the cons imo.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very nice and modern. Good lighting. Very clean. Also a perfect size; relatively large. The bed was very comfortable (although it could use extra pillows. There's only two, but that's just me being picky). The internet was relatively fast for an airport hotel (but there's no password per room, so use a VPN for security/safety. Having free wifi with no password at all is a major risk to your personal info/accounts) I like that there is a restaurant and bar right downstairs. I got the butter-chicken burger with chips and it was very good. On the ground level, there is vending machines for food/snacks, drinks, and toiletry stuff like tookpaste and a tooth brush, etc. Rooms have a boiling kettle with tea and coffee. (The room doesn't have a mini fridge in case you're wondering). Definitely a great hotel.
