- My biggest gripe is that there was no cardkey security to operate the lifts, meaning anyone could come up to the floors where guests are staying, which is a safety concern - Lifts operate very slowly - There wasn't hot water on the first night, but this might be due to an issue with the entire area rather than the hotel itself

- The location is excellent, especially with the Elizabeth line going into the more central locations in London and to/from Heathrow - Since the hotel's located at Westfield, there's a lot of food and shopping right at the doorsteps if you don't feel like heading out further

Ideal location for ABBA voyage with excellent car parking (£16 for 24 hours). Good cocktails and a very enjoyable breakfast.

Computers at reception slow. Bit of wait to check in.

Location convenient for underground and close to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast very good and decent value. Quiet room.

Prefer a bit of natural ventilation but window was locked closed (on 8th floor, so understand, but the window could easily have opening limiters). Air con was too loud to sleep so room got a little warm during the night.

Fantastic location for the Olympic Park area (including ABBA Voyage) and Westfield shopping centre. Excellent room with top quality bed, bedding, pillows and bed linen. Nice touch to provide wine glasses and bottle opener. Great quality tea and coffee. Breakfast was superb. 5 mins walk from Stratford train & underground station.

Our room wasn’t serviced properly on the second night of our stay. We did alert hotel to this at the time but it was not sorted. However on checking out the duty manager took on board our comments and looked to investigate. And came back with resolution

Would not let my husband check in before me as I was working late ! Also had to pay a £50 deposit even though I had paid in full for the booking as they said it was through booking . com

The 2 knocks on the door , even though we had late check out the same lady knocked on the door twice , we come out to have privacy from our parents and not to be disturbed . This is nkt the first time this has happened either . They need to have communication with reception about whos had late check out

They had a zodiac sign cocktail menu printed but the waiting staff didn’t realise it wasn’t available so after ordering and looking forward to they came back to tell us it was unavailable.

Clean and modern, ideally located close to Stratford station and the Abba stadium which was the purpose of our visit. The food was excellent and served fast too, nice lounge style bar.

Had to ask for the water bottles each day.

The room was clean and spacious. Lovely staff, had a hand written letter when we arrived, went out of the way to make our stay the best stay in the UK.

No drawers or clothes shelves - we had to leave most of our clothes in our cases. An inability to make a decent espresso coffee. On our first night we ordered a flat white, an espresso and a brandy. The flat white was fine, the single espresso was served in a large cup. It was lukewarm an horrible. The brandy never came. The second night we tried again. This time the espresso came in the correct cup but was tepid. When I complained about this they brought me a boiling hot replacement which is obviously bad for the coffee - it was revolting!

The room was cold. We went mid January. No matter how high I turned up the thermostat, the room did not warm up sufficiently.
