The staff were genuinely the most friendly and helpful people throughout our entire stay! The bar area and the rooms were of great decor & the little customer service touches were 5 star!

The lift was out of order and we were on the third floor. The porter didn’t point this out until we reached the first floor. This didn’t bother us, but we have many friends who just could not have made it to the bedroom. We didn’t see anyone attempting any repairs.

Room was compact, but this is to be expected in a city. The shower room was modern and very clean. The location was superb on the edge of Kensington Gardens. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty.

The room was very small it barely fit the bed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Conor was very helpful as he tried his best to get us an early check in and Henan helped us with our luggage and checking out smoothly. The location of Hux is very convenient, it’s exactly opposite to Kensington Gardens and it has a bus stop right in front of it and a close by station. Hux’s interior design was very unique and exquisite.

The room was a little cramped for 2 people to move around but that was all.

The decor was fantastic and the cocktail bar had a great atmosphere.

Not a big surprise but the rooms are really small (Signature) and it was impossible to go around the bed so You have to move over the other person in it to come out. Very hot in the bathroom, felt that something was wrong with the heat from the mirror. Little expensive even for London. Some stale smell downstairs.

We went to (6 of us) to the bar//lounge area downstairs as residents around 11:30pm. We were welcomed in warmly, but once we sat down, we noticed there was one man who didn’t seem to trust us as we looked through the drink’s menu. He wasn’t dressed in uniform, but more casual in attire. Looked at us as undesirables and if we were there to cause bother, in my opinion. We subsequently left and went up to our suite. Nothing was said, but he gave off a bad vibe.

Location, size of the apartment, rooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area were of an extremely high standard. Top notch!

- the ‘petite room’ is tiny with no possibility to open the window wide which feels very claustrophobic - the standard room is better - no fridge

It was very close to the road and there was quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The decor was fun and looked great. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very convenient for the area we needed to be in.

Only the elevator was a little slow, and walking up the stairs sometimes is tiring, but other than that it was great.

I liked that the hotel was close by to many coffee shops as well as Hyde Park. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a very active street and a popular area. The room was clean, and I never had problems with anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone going to London in the future.

Having upgraded to the superior suite which boasted views of Kensington Gardens, in reality the view is of the hotel opposite. I also hoped there might be a bath.

The bar was fun and the free cocktail was delicious. Rooms are quirky but much smaller than expected.

The stairs to the suite… the elevator serves no purpose whatsoever if you stay in suite one!!

Love the fully equipped suite, it has everything you need if you are staying for a few days or longer. Wish there was a separate toilet, or one more bathroom, cause four women sharing one bathroom was challenging!
