The TV had the option to cast my phone. The WiFi seemed to struggle with this a lot which was a shame.

There was a picnic bench below my window (open as weather hot), and I was woken at midnight by loud people sitting there drinking.

When said didnt want 1st floor room as had previously had noise problems with the air con, reception gave me a lovely room (still on 1st floor but upgrade) and I was very pleased with it. Super reception staff and breakfast staff.

The hotel was on an industrial estate outside St Neots. We were en route, just an overnight stay, so this was not a problem, but there is nothing to visit, no way to get there by train. In place of the mini-bar there is a large help-yourself fridge opposite reception, who clock your purchases, at the usual exorbitant prices. Buy your snacks beforehand. The parking is free for you, but if you don't register you will get an exorbitant charge. A bit risky, and who is going to park there besides visitors? The leisure centre closes a bit early.

Breakfast was good, i.e. premier inn standard. Room was a comfortable twin. We did not have dinner there. The staff were very helpful. There is a pool. Convenient for Huntingdon, St Neots and Cambridge.

The entire décor is kind of old, the kettle cover is worn out and separated from the original position. 2 mirrors facing directly to the bed is odd. The price is a bit expensive than it should be

Decor felt a bit dated. Bathroom lighting could have been better. Neither the restaurant nor the breakfast offerings had good vegan options.

Breakfast. Now hash browns has label may contain fish. Fortunately nice chef was in dining room and cooked me vegan sausages, hash browns (without fish) and even vegan cheese with a garnish- very good service.

It's location is not within walking distance to the town. That didn't bother us though.

It was very close to the check in desk and front door so a little noisier. The TV wasn't very easy to use for watching TV or connecting to my phone. The shower head seemed to be broken, as it was leaking, causing issues with the water pressure. I think it would be good to have a mini fridge in the room. And I couldn't charge my phone near the bed as there were no plug sockets and I didn't have a USB wire to put into the lamp charger, only a USB-C, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was great, close to shops as well. The room is a good size and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage, great size desk and TV. The staff were friendly on arrival and bookout. I didn't use any of the other facilities, Luke the pool, gym or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. Room service is available late night and early morning if needed. Blackout curtains were good and Aircon in the rooms which was good.

The duvet was not the best I've experienced and the pillows were all the same thickness, so no choice of heights.

The twin bedded room was fairly spacious and everything worked well. The shower was particularly good with ample hot water. We eat both an evening meal and breakfast, both of which were good, perhaps the breakfast was more a 8/10. Sadly we ran out of time to use any of the facilities, maybe next visit.

Room wasn’t made up despite asking. Also on second stay (this one) security chain was broken as was the airing line.
