Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Property was amazing easy to find and had everything we needed House was spotlessly clean .We were able to check in early We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.. I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the house day sightseeing night out to all the people we met everyone were so friendly and very accommodating. First time in liverpool, definitely not the last. Thank-you to everyone see you all soon

United KingdomWe knew there was only one bathroom but were surprised there wasn’t a separate WC . This led to lots of delays. We are a fit slim group. - an obese person has no chance as The developer clearly shrunk the existing bathroom to expand or create more rooms( very shortsighted). The TV is good but has no live TV( presumably the Host won’t pay) but we worked out how to use ITV app and Sky via Youtube. The front bedroom has white shutters only which is fine if you like a bright room by 6am . Someone needs to remove the 50 plus fag butts which litter the front approach / bay window. But overall the property was fine overall despite expecting more at this price-point .
Good location ( For Anfield tour , running routes and only a 10min drive to key areas) plenty of space for the five of us. Some nice touches despite some surprising shortfalls. Easy to park close-by( there are no reserved spaces despite a generic email suggesting otherwise

It's a self check in ..so you don't meet the owner, but the instructions are simple enough to follow. Plenty of parking on the street.. It was chilly on arrival, but soon found the thermostat. Excellently presented . The whole house was spotlessly clean. TV is a fire stick version. Front bedroom very comfy. . ( I should have used the middle bedroom) Coffee machine with pods and a box of tea bags too .. Remember to take milk Microwave pots in the cupboard, very handy

United KingdomEasy to find and basically next to anfield stadium witch is nice also very clean house and very big a little cold when arrive but as soon as you put the heating on it is very cozy I would definetly stay again for the price of the apartment it is worth every penny they supply you with men's and woman's spray and shampoo and conditioner and toiletries also nice and clean fresh rooms with little love heart chocolate on the towels witch is a lovely gesture to but definetly 110% will be staying again thank you Russ

United KingdomIf I'm being super picky the only minor feedback I would provide would be more crockery available like salad bowl and a few extra plates.. Didn't seem to have an option for terrestrial TV.
Location is excellent. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable house. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine with plenty of pods and cooking basics like salt & pepper, tea, sugar. Bus stop walking distance from the house. Excellent information pack provided by host with plenty of information. Spacious bedrooms with great bedding and pillows. The house was very clean.

United Kingdomonly fault would have been the size of the bathroom (for the girls anyways ahaha) + some of the towels did have stains on them from previous people who stayed but other than that we all loved it!
Amazing for a weekend away, very modern, very spacious apart from the bathroom, only £10-£20 in a taxi to the centre of liverpool so very good if there’s a group of yous, couldn’t fault it much at all
