Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanI was asked to show my ID upon arrival from the host. The host took a photo of it. Was this really necessary? Also the bedroom was a bit different from what I expected based on the information on the Booking.com website and app. The floor slab was ultra thin - a guy in the kitchen downstairs was coughing all the time in the middle of the night.
Clean bedroom. Big shared room for shower and toilet. The best thing was that the lodge was just next to Brunel University London. Thank you to the host - the couple were very welcoming and warm. They were responsible for the phone and app. The lodge is located in a safe and peaceful area.

United KingdomQuite noisy outside and in other rooms, with people coming and going at all hours. No real soundproofing. Had to knock on a neighbours door to get him to turn the TV down..
Ideal location if you are travelling from Heathrow terminals 2 and 3. The U3 bus goes from opposite this place. Lovely owner here. Free bottle of water on arrival. WiFi worked very well. There is off road parking in front of the house.

Bindi the host was so pleasant and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Made me feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy. I was working night shifts and they made sure to wait until I was up before cleaning the rooms next to mine, very thoughtful! The location was also convenient for Pinewood studios, just a ten minute drive away. Excellent price for my 4 night stay.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Relative to other places to stay, it was cheap. The location is extremely convenient for Brunel University.

United KingdomThe walls are a bit thin, so you can hear voices from the other rooms, but overall it was still quiet. I didn't experience any issue.
It's a guest house with about a dozen rooms, just in front of Brunel University, in a quiet and green area. The room is nice, even if the furniture is simple. And the bathroom is shared but very large and clean. The lady managing the house was very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend it if you look for a budget accommodation in west London

The OYO lodge is right next to Brunel University, where I was attending a course. I travelled on foot though there is a small car park just inform of the house. The room was nice and clean, with a separate bathroom. They had kindly arranged a small fan too as it was a hot day. There is access to communal kitchen, with fridge, freezer. The nearest store is Lidl on 20 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again, when visiting the university.
