Great value b&b. It was ideally located for silverstone race track.The rooms were clean and a good size. The owners were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. There was even a bottle of beer in the room fridge! You couldn't ask for more.

Warm welcome from Mark who gave us perfect parking at the rear of the property and showed us to our chalet. Chalet was very cosy, perfect twin room for me and my son. Just outside our room there was a little garden with 2 picking tables and it was a lovely safe place for my 5 year old son playing. We had our room door open most of the times as it was a lovely sunny day, such a perfect and relaxing place. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful and good quality, full english breakfast at it's finest. Will definitely be back again soon, such a lovely place and the owners made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much.

We were here for JapFest. Owners were lovely, really welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast is brilliant, tasty and personalised to your choice. Could not fault the place at all. We stayed in number 7 and it was so clean and cosy. Bathroom is very impressive! Thank you very much for the stay, your dog Sam is such a cutie and so well trained. Cant wait for next year!

I'm being very picky here. Slightly thin duvet. Bathroom light takes ages to automatically turn off and you don't know if the switch is on or off.

Great breakfast, lovely hosts. Perfect full English breakfast.

Probably my fault... and in the end not an issue, but I am allergic to dogs (& cats). Initially entering the bedroom I wasn't sure if I could detect a reaction but I distracted myself and it never became a problem overnight. In my room there were hard floors and the room was huge (for 4) for my single occupancy so plenty of air circulation. As it never became a problem I never raised with the owners and did meet 'Sam the dog' who was a very docile and passive dog that was not intrusive.

Cooked breakfast was freshly made at a time I had requested, very good. Plenty of options in regards to cereal & fruit as well. The Orange juice tasted fresh or at least 'not made from concentrate' which I always take as a good sign. Freshly made coffee was also good and hosts very flexible in providing whatever you wanted.

The room was great and the ensuite was very nice. I found the bed was super comfy and more than the usual amenities were provided such as different teas, coffee, biscuits and even a free beer and cider! Breakfast was also very nice with a good selection of everything and cooked well. The Location is perfect for Porsche experience at Silverstone and the hosts were fantastically accommodating.

Mark and Lesley are wonderful hosts. We arrived late and it was not a problem. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and well kept with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The location is great.

Great location, beautifully appointed accommodation. Mark, Lesley (and Sam) were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb with Lesley cooking a lovely Gluten-Free breakfast for our Coeliac son.

I had a great time at Mark and Lesley's homeside B&B in which I just spent one night. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cosy, I directly felt like at home. They had arranged the breakfast early in the morning depending on my constraint and diet, with many choices for food and beverages. Mark and Lesley are a very nice and welcoming couple and I would definitely have stayed longer if I could!
