We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and it was nearer to the stadium than the disabled parking, which after all the dancing we were so grateful for. The house is spotlessly clean and beautiful decorated. The beds were lovely and comfortable too with little treats left on the bed. Great communication with the host

United KingdomUnfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the bedding (assuming the laundry detergents used) and had to leave early. However this isn’t something they could have known/helped with - I’ve never had it happen before. One other thing that could have helped was a full length mirror in the room to make it easier for two people to get ready, as the only mirror was in the bathroom.
Can’t stress enough how perfect the location is for Anfield, just a few minutes walk! Saves so much time and stress when leaving in big crowds. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Lots of nice touches in the room such as snacks and a hand written card. The host is brilliant and communicated really well, there was an issue with our door lock from the night before our stay so she got the lock changed really quick and called with new instructions to make sure we could still have a room.

ChinaThe location is perfect for concerts in Anfield. Room is lovely and clean with complimentary water and snacks. It was a bit loud when other people entering the house but it's a common thing for houses in Europe so it didn't really bother me. The host is so kind and welcoming and it is a great stay here. Would definitely recommend friends to come for a stay.

South AfricaOur entire experience at Lindsay's luxurious place has been amazing. A beautiful oasis on our trip to see a Liverpoo FCl game at Anfield. It was my husband's birthday and a thoughtful surprise awaiting him upon our return from the game - a birthday cake and card in a foreign country from the most amazing host. Hong KongThe ensuite is very comfy. The host is very friendly and responsive. We stayed here for the Liverpool football match and stadium tour on the next day. The location is very close to the stadium, just 3 mins walk. And the it is close to the bus station, which can access the city centre shortly on match day. The shower is absolutely lovely with strong hot water.

The location was great for us as we were going to the football which was just over the road,the whole house is beautifully presented and the beds were very comfy ,showers were great hot water almost instantly I really couldn't fault anything
