No issues! Perfect stay, only pedantic addition may be a veggie option for a cooked breakfast, however this really wasn't a big issue!

Lovely b&B, great staff. Loved the decor. We had the place to ourselves so it was quiet and cosy at night. Amazing bath tub, big fan! Breakfast was generous and we were given pastries to take away for our walk around Holkham Hall :) Thank you for a great stay.

We had a very minor issue with the shower water temperature but this was being addressed.

We didn't like having to leave Holly Lodge on our last day but we will be back.

This was a return visit to celebrate a birthday after we had a short break at Holly Lodge in June 2023. We love the warm welcome that awaits us at Holly Lodge combined with the freedom and independence of having access to the communal areas. Breakfast options are ideal with choices to suit a range of appetites, tastes and dietary preferences. The room and especially the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is equally spacious and luxurious with bath and shower. The staff are lovely - helpful, affable and sociable and treat guests like a good friend. Parking is easy and the garden is ideal for a warm summer's evening for relaxing. The location is restful and attractive while retaining its rural character with the Thursford Collection nearby. There is easy access to Wells-next-the-Sea, Walsingham (a centre of religious pilgrimage) and Blickling Hall and Estate with plenty of good eateries nearby - The Carpenters' Arms at Wighton is highly recommended as is The Buckinghamshire Arms at Blickling.

One of the nicest B & B's i've stayed in so no bad points

A great location for The Thursford Spectacular and fabulous extras in the lovely room. Very tasteful Christmas decorations. The breakfast was very good, served in the pretty garden room. overall excellent stay.

Our eighth stay at the fabulous Holly Lodge and this was every bit as good as the other seven. For the first time we’d booked tickets for the Thursford Christmas Spectacular and Holly Lodge is conveniently located being literally across the road. The staff are exceptional and with a good knowledge of the local area are always eager to help and the breakfast, served with a smile, is truly exceptional. If you’re looking for high quality accommodation within easy reach of North Norfolk’s resorts and attractions you need look no further but you will have to be quick because its reputation means that it books up very quickly.

Keep up your excellent standards.

Our room was full of Character and had all the facilities you could ever need. There plenty of little extras like a bottle of wine , mince pies etc. These were really nice touches . The breakfast was excellent . We have already booked again. A lovely place to stay with great staff.
