The apartment was clean and had all the utilities I needed. The location was also great with plenty of things to do and see within walking distance.

Some points for improvement: 1) No salt and pepper were provided in the kitchen. 2) We had a view of the backyard, but it didn't look well-maintained and someone had decided to store their trashbags there, which is a good way to attract vermin. If the garden is yours, perhaps put down a container to store trash in? Note that some of the rooms are quite dark, so we decided to spend most of our time outside.

Cheap accommodation in a good location. The host was responsive and information to enter the building was provided on the check-in date.

Those nice British wooden windows are known to be poorly sealing. Indeed they were. It was terribly cold in the room at night.

Incredibly small. Hard to fit 2 people plus suitcases in comfortably.

Really convenient location. Tube and overground stations close by. Easy to get to shops, tourist attractions & plenty around if you needed more. Comfortable & clean. Easy check in process.

A bit hard to climb up the stairs with heavy luggage, kept hearing ambulence sirens throught the night: would be better if a bit roomier

The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, the windows I don’t think had ever been cleaned. Dust by the sides of beds. Also, the lock on the door to the actual room was not bolted properly, which lead to being able to twist around.

Property was in good location for what we were there for. Perfect for two adults and two young kids. I loved how I was able to leave my suitcase earlier than the check in time- that was super helpful.

Too small room for 2 persons. We stayed for 3 nights and got 1 towel per person. It was mentioned that you can ask for more. So we did at the first day. It took 2 days to receive another 1 towel per person..Price/quality is not in balance...

You can't flush toilet paper and on arrival the bin was full with previous guests toilet paper. The shower overflowed. The noise is unbearable, I mean really unbearable. I had noise cancelling head phones on and still couldn't sleep. In the split seconds of quiet between non stop traffic on the road, the fridge would make noise. I ended up leaving the hotel half way through my stay and requesting a refund. I was denied it.

Kitchen facilities were poor. Hob didn't work, failed to reach optimal heat and I was unable to cook food I had bought. Staff were unable to repair or find alternative in timeframe. Kettle and microwave did not have a suitable plug socket to connect to and had to be placed on floor near a socket for use. No bedside lamp. Curtains were sheer, translucent material, no blackout. Had to buy sleep mask. Poor value for money given issues. I had a basement flat, which was not represented in advertised property photos.

The room decor is very tired and my bedding had cigarette burn hole in it ... the shower had hairs stuck to the tiles over all the cleanliness' of the room wasn't good the curtains don't fit the windows

Room was unbelievably small compared to the pictures despite being a no smoking hotel residents smoking throughout the building, making an awful smell

The host didn’t know how to turn on the heating unfortunately it was cold at the time. My first night I was cold all night didn’t sleep well. Having said that the host got it fixed on second day which made my stay comfortable.

We got the apartment #4, the photos didn't reflect the reality - the walls could have been painted, and the wallpaper repaired. The door didn't have a handle and the bathroom door barely opened completely. The floor was all patched up in the bathroom and bedroom. The headboard of the bed was broken and the mattress was super uncomfortable. Direct access and view to a poorly maintained garden with cobwebs in the door.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff - we could drop the luggage later.
