You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe were half board but due to a high number of guests, they had run out of several of the choices available on the special half board . We were very restricted in our meal choices. Although what we had was very good quality and nicely presented. Breakfast in our last morning, the kitchen had only 3 eggs left, again poor stock control !!!!!

Great location, easy to find from motorway. Checked in early which was great after long overnight flight, room quiet and very comfy with luxury bedding. Great shower and good breakfast too, didn’t use the gym or pool.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Could have a cabinate with a draw each side of the bed would have been helpful. Signs to the pool would be helpful and in the right direction. Overall good. Would come back again.

CanadaReally bad neighboor that made a lot of noise with no respect to me *they were drunk, nothing to do with the hotel but I advised the reception that they also smoke in the room, I could smell it, this night a nightmare for me as I was working the next day, I was expecting a rebate or credit for one night at least considering its not my first time and with this really bad situation. I liked more your facility than Premier Inn (your food, rooms etc. is better) but it was a lot more calm at Premier Inn, maybe just a bad timing but no credit for me, nothing just sorry...not enough so next time i will go to Premier Inn. Sorry the personnel is amazing, its sad.

SpainThe room was extremely small (112) We stayed in (the same) room for 2 nights. The first night was £78 and the second night was £178 !!! This was complete extortion and certainly in our minds, changed the way we feel about the Holiday Inn.
Considering the hotel was fully booked over a bank holiday because of a ‘rave’ nearby, our room (112) was exceptionally quiet! Fabulous breakfast. The staff were beyond helpful

United KingdomBathroom was tired it took ages for the bathroom Laine to empty like it was blocked. Bed was ok but small (double) would have preferred a king size. Not an option to the best of my knowledge. Kettle was a slow boil and lid didn’t look like it was fully shut. Could have done with a few more coat hangers, one of the windows to the right didn’t open and shut very well so didn’t feel safe leaving it partially open or closed.
Good parking and quiet. Menu was a bit expensive so we ate out
