Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe enjoyed a swim before leaving however the staff member on duty was far from welcoming (health club employee). We felt like an inconvenience and she told our children off for jumping in, when we pointed out that it wasn’t our children, it was another child from another family she didn’t even apologise for her mistake. She really let her colleagues down.
The staff absolutely made it - they were all friendly, smiling, helpful and informative and went above and beyond for us. We visited as we needed somewhere to stay while we were in the area, hours away from home to say goodbye to a love one who was dying and died while we were staying. The kindness of staff helped us through a very difficult time. They made bespoke food for us and when the pancakes that they use (bought in) ran out, the chef whipped up a homemade batch especially for our children. It meant the world on a morning where we awoke to very bad news.

United KingdomNoise from other guests. I felt the banging of doors all night was intrusive- but it's a budget hotel, with some people not used to considering others. It is what it is.
Breakfast was good value for money. The facilities were very good. Staff were extremely helpful. Altogether a good experience. The beds were very comfortable indeed. Also great pillows.

United KingdomWould prefer wifi to be passworded as my laptop kept telling me it is not a secure wifi so I didnt use it. Also shower was poor design as when you shower, the water goes past the screen and wets the floor. Coudnt get the bathroom extractor fan to work so the mirror steamed up and took a long time to clear.
Room was clean and comfortable. Room had 1 mug and there were 2 of us so receptionist brought another one up. Also got us a spare toothbrush as forgot to pack one. Lovely breakfast.
