Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was in an easy to access location and I liked that there was ample parking. The breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from. Staff that I spoke to were all very welcoming and friendly.

AustraliaI suppose an airport shuttle service would be good especially if was raining. We were lucky it wasn’t raining. Even though it’s a quick walk, in the rain with luggage and children would not be pleasant. I didn’t inquire about this possibility though.
Great location to Norwich Airport when arriving on a late flight and no hire car pickup available at that time. Staff were great and made up the sofa bed so it was ready for our son to go straight to sleep on arrival. Breakfast variety was really good. Will always use this hotel when passing through Norwich AP.

United KingdomOnly one easy chair when there was plenty of room for a second easy chair. This would have been perfect so that two people could sit and read or watch the TV.
Quiet location. Very good shower. And although the beds were left as a kingsize layout, reception soon organised a change to twin bed as ordered (within 30 minutes of asking). Breakfast amazing!

United KingdomOn my last morning the mushrooms at breakfast were dirty (they were very small so we're probably not left in water long enough for the compost to come out of the closed cap) and the dirt ended up mixed in my beans
The room was spacious, the beds were soooooo comfortable and I loved the black out curtains. Didn't even particularly hear the airport noise 👍 I'm gluten free and was very impressed with the choice available and the separate area for preparation and cooking of toast too with separate toaster, it's really hard to make people understand how difficult it is putting trust in someone when you react badly to food which makes you ill for days so it set me up well for a busy and long day for my nephew's wedding ☺️

United KingdomThe room was tired, but you can see they are undergoing a renovation stage. The room was noisy from heating (I assume) and noisy neighbours. The pool was really murky.
Staff were outstanding. Natalie and Ami particularly took time to talk to our children and make sure our stay was fun. The entrance and downstairs felt modern. Food was great - particularly for allergists.
