The breakfast was expensive at £15 each but there is a McDonald's next door. We went to the pudding pantry in Beeston instead. Beware, the portions there are huge!

Double beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms to accommodate us and 3 children. The rooms had a connecting door but it could be locked on either side. The TVs worked well. Rooms were clean. 2 double beds in each room. Total around £150 for both rooms for one night. We were able to park before check in for free which was great. An easy 20 min walk to the edge of the main city centre. We were also welcome to use a breakfast table near the bar to play games in the evening.

The double beds in the family room were a 'small double' ... not ideal for 2 adults. Had an uncomfortable sleep due to lack of space, it really was too small. The shower is lovely but the screen opens outwards, drips onto the floor and there is no handle to help you out of the bath. This could lead to accidents

The hotel was really welcoming, warm and ideal for a nottingham stay. Breakfast was great quality, well organised and nice food. The rooms are lovely, great bathroom and sky sports TV. Beds are comfortable and towels are nice 👌

Checkin/out staff friendly but made mistakes - trying to charge me twice for the room, took a long time looking at the screen etc All staff were friendly and helpful but could have more customer service training - how to serve to a table, respond to a question. Not a big issue but took the edge off of an excellent stay

The property has a large car park which is located to your car when you stay…the place itself clean and tidy with heating so warm.Food was good and lots of choice…rooms where clean and spacious.would recommend.

Left waiting for quite a while at check in. Staff over stretched at breakfast, took hot drink order and never brought them out. Shower pressure wasn't great in the room. Felt overpriced due to increased rates Saturday night two weeks before Christmas.

Ample free parking at the hotel. Although not in the city centre, it was only short drive (£7 Uber) to get there for an event we were attending at the Motorpoint Arena. Standard modern HIE room for family of 4 (2 x double beds) which give enough space for a short trip.

We were there for event at Motor Point Arena so location was perfect. Ordered an Uber for 6 cost £10 and took 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again when attending events. Good price. Very clean

Contact lenses on carpet when I arrived and pen stains on bed sheets and hairs. Windows need sound proofing or move glass bottle bins as was right above them and it's very loud when they empty the bottles when people trying to sleep.
