Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWould be good if there was free breakfast.
Easy to get to Heathrow Airport, around £15 in an Uber. The hotel answered the phone, accepted our booking at a late hour and helped with directions.

United States of AmericaA woman manager came up to me as I was eating my breakfast to tell me that I was late and not to expect that service past the hour of breakfast. She did not need to say anything at all, I was prepared to go elsewhere because I knew I was late. Her attitude was really bossy and angry and she made a negative impression which was too bad because the other two made me feel right at home. Finally the bed linens irritated my skin, I had leggings and a top that I could wear to cover most of my skin but maybe a less toxic bleach or soap, or a softer linen would help.
When I arrived the front desk was manned by one man and he was really super, went out of his way to provide pizza and show me how to get up the elevator. The hostess at breakfast was also really super helpful to me even tho I was past breakfast hour. These two people were stellar. The hotel rooms furnishings were actually beautiful wood. The made service was excellent too.

United KingdomKettle in room didn't work. Breakfast service was a disaster because of NO eggs, or bacon or beans at 9.10am, these would be a further 15-20 mins the very apologetic staff explained. There were 4 sausages available & a tablespoon of cold beans. There was plenty of cereals & bread for toast although no pats of butter for the toast. Insufficient attention was paid to ensuring enough food was provided for guests which was very disappointing on our first breakfast experience at the hotel. Instead of the hot breakfast my husband & I were expecting, we had to make do with cereals & dry toast. Another disappointment was cold plates were provided for the breakfast service, instead of warm plates. Not a problem because for ourselves there was no hot food [ apart from 4 sausages] to put on the cold plates. Although we paid for two breakfasts we only risked the food rationing debacle the once & vacated the next morning early so to get a more substantial cooked breakfast elsewhere. Breakfast is for ourselves a vital meal of the day & to be presented with 'rations' in the form of cereals & dry toast was most disappointing given that many customers are en-route to Heathrow so don't have the time to wait for cooked food to be presented to them.
The initial welcome to the hotel. Size of room, cleanliness, blackout blind, opening window, heating, comfort of bed, roomm furniture.Access to wi-fi & parking, ambiance of room & hotel, friendliness of staff. Lift. smart decor in room & in hotel. Quality coffee available at breakfast service,

United KingdomHotel is about to be renovated so it's bit tired. AC not working so rooms can be a bit stuffy but fans were provided which really helped.
Great location to T5 with only a 10 minute bus ride to Terminal and cheap at £1-2 every 30 mins on local bus. Good little pub selling nice Thai food across the road. Nice and quiet.

United States of AmericaWe were hot at night, but realize many places don’t have air conditioning. They do have a chiller unit, but doesnt keep rooms cool. They did furnish us with fans which did help some. Under new management who are working hard to make the hotel even better.
Immaculately clean. Spacious room. Wonderful staff! The staff member Prabo is so sweet, and tries to do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Bus stops right outside hotel for airport and London transportation.
